I’m going to stop going here for a while. I have had multiple times where a paid item wasn’t in my bag. Where I’ve contacted the store and customer service and the final straw was contacting my bank. This latest mistake happened Monday night. Usually around 11pm the drive thru isn’t packed. That night it was and service was slow and deplorable. I had a large order, after being handed my bag I asked if everything was in there to which I was told it was. I asked because I had to pull up and if something was missing I didn’t want to do anything extra to retrieve anything, since an employee was next to my car at the time. Even though I checked the bag, once I got home I realized I was missing an item. A McChicken sandwich. I called the next day spoke with management and was told I could come the next day to pick up the sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised because like I stated I’ve had this happen a few times before and there was never a follow up or a response from management/customer service. The manager this night was very polite and professional. She apologized and even offered me an additional free item, which I was thankful for. I went today to pick up the sandwich and other items I ordered through the app. Smh. Again the drive thru was busy but the line was moving at least. The girl taking the order was very rude and short tempered. Even when I pulled up to the window to confirm the missing item I was supposed to pick up and mentioned the manger’s name she just mumbled “Mhmm,” motioning me to move to next window. My items were ready, I checked both bags, asked the employee to tell the manager I said thank you (even though he said sure but gave me a funny look) and drove off. Once again, I got home and realized I was given a McDouble not a McChicken. And then the other item I paid for through the app was a Spicy sandwich and not a regular one smh. I cannot stand spicy food so I couldn’t even enjoy the food I brought…again. I know the manager tried to rectify the problem, and I appreciate the effect but the original problem was solved and now there’s another issue. Read moreBad experience started when I pulled up to the store and saw the garbage can out front was absolutely overflowing into the street. I pulled up to the drive-through and needed to wait 5 minutes before someone even spoke to me, when they did, they were unable to understand an extremely basic order ( 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins and an iced latte with an extra shot of expresso) and had to ask multiple times what I wanted and seemed to not understand what a latte was. When I pulled to the next window, they didn't know what I had ordered and told me there would be a surcharge for an extra expresso shot in my iced coffee which I knew already. Pulled up to the next window and they once again didn't know what I ordered and asked me to pull up to the curb and wait. Another 5 minutes later, the person came out, she brought me only my coffee with no straw and no food and didn't say a word to me, just knocked on my window. When I called after her where the rest of the food was, she ignored me. I needed to go inside the restaurant to get my food and a straw for my drink. Then when I got the food home, I checked the breakfast sandwiches and they didn't have any egg on them, the muffins were stale and hard and they looked like they were just thrown together. Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds and absolutely deplorable customer service and I would recommend staying away from this store at all costs.
12-10-22 Ordered via uber eats a bunch of breakfast sandwiches for people at my work and only half the sandwiches arrived. Drove out to order via the window for the missing sandwiches and was waiting for 15 minutes at the ordering location before anyone responded. Read moreI walked in and a lady was rushing around, there were maybe 10 other people with uniforms on but she was the only one who looked like she was going anything at all. She asked me if I could give her a min, I said no problem. A man then came up to the register and just stood there. I waited for a good 5-10 mins without anybody saying a single word to me. Another guest walks in and stands behind me. After a min or 2 she asked if I had ordered yet (at this point I've been standing here waiting well over 15 mins) I said no the lady asked if I could wait. During this entire time of me standing and waited there was a man just standing behind a register. He wasnt saying or doing anything. I go to him and ask if he can take orders. He didnt say one single word, just slightly nodded his head yes. So I go to order, I asked a question about a sign I saw outside and he just ignored me and still didnt say a single word. I gave my order, which couldnt have been any more simple. 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 add mac sauce, 1 ketchup only. That was it. He prints my slip and walks away. Still not saying a single word. I'm now moved over an waiting for my order, I look down at the receipe and realize that hes completely butchered my order. Idk how, or why, but it was completely wrong. I say to the lady that was the only person working and told her what the order was supposed to be and she looked a little annoyed but fixed it immediately. It took me over 30 mins to get 2 simple sandwiches. There was nobody in front of me, no other orders waiting. Idk why they even have the guy that took my order. He doesnt speak, he doesn't take orders, he doesn't serve orders. After he took my order silently he just went and rested on the back counter. If it was me, I'd gotten rid of him a long time again.
