Racist workers & managers. Avoid this location until they have new management. Last week my breakfast order- steak & bagel was completely cold. I came back during lunch and the manager refunded me as I don’t eat McDonald’s lunch. This morning I came against my better judgement and ordered a sausage, egg & cheese McMuffin. however the screen in the drive through was incorrect with a sausage biscuit meal and I told the young lady. She said “don’t worry about it, they’ll fix it up front.” I drove to the front window and they handed me the incorrect order (the one on the screen). I told them and they handed me different food. Upon getting to work, I realized it was still in fact the wrong order. I called when I realized it. I came back during my lunch and the worker was rude and kept cutting me off. She told me to stand to the side (no one was behind me) and wait on the manager, Amanda, who walked up and said “I’m not giving you a refund. I gave you one last week.” To assume I came in solely for money was unprofessional and asinine. As a manager, your job is to apologize and ask how to make it better. I felt completely disregarded as a paying customer. If you mess up, your job is to fix me. Read moreOn the way to work this morning went to the drive thur to get some breakfast only ordered four things that I know didn’t need you to park and wait- Parked and waited for at least 10-30 mins and thought they forgot about us just for the drink to be watery(I asked it to be blended twice and I know blended twice don’t equal to be being watery if not sitting for a while)- Now I’m very upset not only to be parked and waiting for a long time but to receive a drink that wasn’t even made right so I went inside to speak with someone(Which took a little hot minute for someone to come speak with me) I fully understand drive thur is a major part to be served first but front counter is a major factor also with people who need service just as the drive Thur customers when I finally spoke with this lady who I believe was the manager I again had to wait another 10-30 minutes for her to do what she had to do for me and (Mind you I’m already late for work due to the situation) like if I had known that I had to wait for drive Thur to finish getting served i should had just went back to the line to had gotten a faster service- Like this is not the first time being parked even if I ordered just one item from the menu…Highly...

Out of the 10 times maybe that I've eaten here I have gotten my order correct one time a bunch of incompetent worthless employees most of the time can't distinguish between large and small food is never fresh tasting and God help if you have an issue they look at you like you're an idiot. Whoever the manager is of this place needs to be fired and someone with some actual micro managing experience needs to be brought in to get their act together. The food is never fresh and I mean never fresh even in the middle of the day that tastes like it's been sitting there for 4 hours.
