Let me tell you the disrespect I endured while shopping in this particular target. I was walking around finding my items and I overheard what was definitely a woman supervisor of Spanish ethnicity straight yelling at an elderly lady that was an employee. I stood there nonchalantly pretending to look at my phone while I listened to the supervisor speak with such disdain. I was astonished how someone could talk to another human being this way, whether they made a mistake or not. I took the time to write this review because I am disgusted how the Okeechobee Blvd store supervisor was speaking to not only her fellow co-worker, but an elderly lady. How dare she. I want something done about that particular supervisor because she showed an average customer like me that she was power hungry and had no respect for her elders, for a human being with feelings and emotions, for a co-worker. A job is a job and people are there to make money so they can buy food to feed their children, pay their bills, and survive altogether, but there is no reason to yell at your co workers when that particular lady supervisor could've found a solution without bringing in everyday customers like me. Let me tell you I have NO issue driving to another target, or boycott it altogether because that is one disgusting lady that does NOT deserve her job. RESPECT YOUR EMPLOYEES! I want to shop in peace and not deal with having to feel bad for OLD LADY'S GETTING YELLED AT BY LITTLE MISS DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. Make sure your supervisors have manners before putting them out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to the store looking for a bike, Iāve been looking for almost a week and they are out of stock everywhere. I found the Panama Jack Cruiser simple bike. Bike didnāt had any tag or pricing and is not even online or on the Target website. I asked the staff and i was told it was $350 dollars. But that they could price match from any other store. I had mention them that I was so happy I found one due to the fact that is out of stock everywhere and I have a dislocated patella and the chiropractor had recommended to get a bike. When I get to the register, the managerĀ Stephanie, came and looked at my phone and told me āwe donāt price match products out of stockā. So I left, when I was getting to my car I got on my phone and went to target.com and I saw that the price match policy doesnāt do price match on items out of stock only on the target.com page. But the one I was showing her was on Walmart.com. So I go back inside and I told her that I read the policy and it doesnāt say what she just told me and she immediately turned red and said I can only lower the bike $100 dollars. I said why would I pay for a bike $250 dollars when the price is $140? She said to me, we have the right to not price match. I took this very personal, I felt insulted. This was racist. We are in the middle of a Pandemia and they are over charging costumers on items that are not even on their website or have a price tag. Never coming back to this store. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI USED to go to this store at least twice a month. My last experience with the so called pharmacist there helped me decide that I am done with Target. I was running low on my asthma inhaler and called in a refill just over a week before I would run out. They said I had no more refills, and offered to call my Doctors office to get authorization for more. I said great, please do. The day came where I needed some groceries and figured I'd go to target to get groceries and my refill. I go to the counter for my refill and there is none. I asked them if the called the Doctor, I was told yes. I called the Doctors office they said they never got the request from the so called pharmacist. So here I am between these clowns and my Doctors office with no more puffs in my inhaler. They offered to see if they could get an emergency refill which was great. And I did get the refill but when I asked the so called pharmacist what happened to my original request, all I got from her was this obnoxious dismissive attitude and basically telling me it was my fault. No apologies. She just kept repeating to me, "ok so you have your refill" every time I asked any questions. And that I should go to my Doctors office so this mistake doesn't happen again. This was actually the 3rd time and the last time I got this b/s attitude from her. Done with that...
