⭐ 1 Star. “Pat GoGo Sushi & Thai: GoGo… Far Away 🍣🚫💔”
Pat GoGo Sushi & Thai — a name that promises excitement, flavor, and maybe a little culinary adventure. Instead, I got the food equivalent of a Monday morning DMV appointment. 🥱📄
I walked in ready to be whisked away to Tokyo and Bangkok in one glorious meal. Instead, I was transported to… the land of sad rolls and questionable pad thai. 🌏😭
First up: the sushi. The rolls looked like they had survived a long, difficult journey — possibly in someone’s gym bag. The rice? Hard enough to qualify as a building material. 🧱🍚 The fish? Let’s just say… it had stories. 🐟🕰️💀
Then came the Thai food. The pad thai was so sweet I half expected a dentist to burst in and slap a warning label on it. 🍬🍜 My “spicy” curry? About as spicy as a polite Canadian apologizing. 🇨🇦🌶️🙃
The service was… unique. I asked if they had fresh tuna and got a shrug so slow it could have been in slow motion. 🐌🤷♀️ It was like they were personally offended I dared to order food in a restaurant.
Atmosphere? Imagine eating in an abandoned strip mall at 2am — while listening to the soundtrack of awkward silence. 🎶🚪🕯️
Final Audit: 🍣 Sushi Freshness: 2/10 — aged like a fine… mistake. 🌶️ Thai Spice Level: Zero, unless you count emotional burn. 🕰️ Service Speed: Somewhere between “meh” and “geological era.” 😬 Regret Level: High.
Conclusion: If you want sushi that tastes like it studied abroad in the fridge for too long and Thai food that’s been emotionally ghosted by its own flavor — Pat GoGo Sushi is calling your name. For everyone else… GoGo somewhere...
Read moreLet me preface this: I am from New Jersey where it is quite easy to find a great Thai/Sushi spot. Down here, not so much. Yes, some places are good/really good but nothing compared to home in my opinion. This place. This place is equivalent, if not beats, my favorite spots back home. The food is absolutely delicious and so flavorful. Chicken dumplings - perfectly cooked and seasoned, delicious. Fried tofu - perfectly crispy, flavorful and the peanut sauce is delicious. My absolute favorite so far… the pad Thai. This has got to be the best pad Thai I have ever had (and I’ve had a lot of pad Thai lol). The flavor is nothing I’ve had before, it’s almost smoky. I crave this specific dish multiple times a week, it is that delicious. Service is also incredible - I give her immense props because she busts her butt working those tables, and does a phenomenal job at doing so. This little hole in the wall I stumbled upon has easily become one of my top places. I highly highly recommend. I look forward to trying more items...
Read moreI want to give a shout out to the best hole in the wall sushi restaurant in west palm beach, “pat go go” just off congress and palm beach lakes next to the Palm Beach Outlets. It’s a small family run restaurant & the woman who runs it literally never stops moving, tending as fast as she humanly can to 7 tables inside. The fish is oSOOOO fresh and prices very reasonable. It’s off the small street behind the forum. We stumbled upon it years ago and never looked back. If you’re looking for some very authentic food, I hope you’ll give them a shot. We were so happy they survived covid and you can feel their appreciation for your business when you’re here. Fyi I think Uber eats picks up here. 💞💞
They play great 80s music and it’s kid friendly; in fact my girls have become friends with the owners little boy over the years and now they all hang out when we are there eating.
It’s so refreshing to find places with a small town feel. Don’t skip...
