If I could give their management 0 stars I would. This is not a company you would want to work with. I am an event coordinator who tried to book their catering for a client and I did not hear back after I submitted the formal inquiry on their website over 4 months ago. I had to message them for a follow up and after which I was told excuse after excuse on why they could not respond back. After I thought we were getting somewhere, they provided the menu and we confirmed the date and details and then I requested an invoice which was never sent. I asked for another follow up back in December and they said Vanessa would call me, never received a call, text, email, DM, nothing. I reached out for a final follow up after giving this company too many opportunities to correct their unprofessionalism and they just told me they sent an email but it was just another lie. No email or any form of communication was ever sent. They just kept saying they were busy and that they would be there for the event but that It not something I can reassure my client with. Very disappointed with the churros which were greasy, the service was poor the ta les were dirty and the young servers didn't offer to clean them instead I had to ask them for a napkin and clean them ourselves. I went with my family as it looked good on Instagram but the ice cream cups were small so one small scoop and the presentation is not practical for eating for children and adults, it's a messy concept.

At $12 per ice cream they should have been in larger cups like Menchies which is a better concept.

With two servers they should be more clean and again the concept doesn't work when eating, too messy and not as flavorful as what one would think.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone who thinks this place would be...

Got a milky bun like I always do and decided to try a shake today. The milky bun barely had any dulce de leche on it compared to other times I’ve gotten it which was fine but my complaint is the shake tasted like milk and nothing else.
