0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
If you don’t read no review, read mine. When I first arrived, there was no one in the front to acknowledge us. While we were waiting for someone to take our order, I overheard the “manager” Jessica (Caucasian lady with short blonde hair with highlights) arguing with customers and walked away while calling them a “b!tch”.
While waiting for them to handle those customers, we sat in the bar. Ordered a lemon drop and took it to the front to finally order. Once we ordered, we sat back in the bar to continue to wait. We asked Jessica for the wait time and she explained to us she didn’t know because there’s only 1 cook.
After waiting for about 45mins-1hr, we went back to where we ordered to ask a few people how long will it take. No one knew how long it would take or could even tell us the status of the order. There were also 2 other customers waiting for an order. One lady left without her order.
The crabs were good. The eggs were horrible and very hard. The bag was full of oil, butter, and pepper at the bottom of the bag. The quantity of food they have in the boil did not match the price. You only get 1 of everything in the combos except for the eggs and cannot substitute. 0/10 would not waste no money on something like that again. All in all, do not go there.
Besides that, The Bartender guy was very respectful & kind. Mr.Gregory was also very kind and working hard to get...
Read moreWhat a disappointing experience. The host was delightful but then it just went downhill. Our server was also bartending so prob multitasking but the place was nearly empty. She immediately asked for our order even though we just sat. When the food arrived, we had to untie the knotted bags ourselves and was too small for the platter it came on so we were forced to dump it out. We weren’t given any scissors, mallet or a cracker for the crab. Our food runner said they didn’t have them and then just disappeared. I had to get up and go find our server because she never came to check on us after the food came out and she said they also don’t have them. How are you supposed to get crab out of its shell? She came back about 10mins later w scissors from probably a back office. Then a different server came asking if we were done w the scissors because another table needed something to get their crab out! How on earth does a crab boil spot not have shears or a mallet or even crackers? The bartender said people just take them so we don’t have them?!? This place just recently opened. Ruined my thumb nail trying to extract the crab meat. The eggs were gross. Everything else tasted ok but what a mismanaged place. We...
Read moreReview of Juicy Crab
I recently visited Juicy Crab and had a disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the manager, Jess, informed us that the restaurant was short-staffed. Her attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly, setting a negative tone for the entire visit.
The lack of customer service was apparent throughout our meal. We waited 15 minutes for a simple lemonade, despite asking two different employees to bring it. Both of them acknowledged our request but never followed through, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated.
The conditions of the ladies' bathroom were appalling. It was unkempt and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while, which only added to our dissatisfaction.
Jess, the manager, demonstrated a poor attitude and should not be in a management position. Her demeanor was unapproachable and dismissive, further worsening our experience.
The food was equally disappointing. The chicken tenders were undercooked and inedible, making us concerned about food safety.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my visit to Juicy Crab. The poor service, unclean facilities, and badly prepared food make it impossible for me to recommend this...
