Burger King — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

I was reminded today why I never consider going to a Burger King. Beyond disgusted with the service I received today. Went to redeem my two T-Mobile Tuesday coupon which was for an Impossible Whopper. Well, because of my health conditions, the Impossible Whopper is not a good option for me. After waiting for DJ, the manager, to acknowledge me, I asked if I could get a regular whopper (just bread and burger) instead. After basically ignoring my request, he told me that my request was not possible. Now that I was frustrated, I gave up on my request and told him I would take the 2 Impossible Whoppers so that I could give it to the homeless men I saw outside. Well, that was a problem for the app and DJ who told me that I could only have 1 sandwich even though I had 2 coupons. I continued to plead with DJ but he rudely told me that "I should call someone and see if they can fix my problem". What a sloppy and shameful display of management and customer service! Just an absolute waste of my time. Wish I could give DJ and this place zero stars.

I had the worst experience Saturday I ordered the 2 whoopers and asked if they could be fresh off the broiler I waited for about 10-15 minutes. I received my food went home to give the food to my kids whom I purchased the food for when I cut one of the whoopers I noticed it was still pink and not cooked all the way I was furious because my child could have ate this. When I took the burger back to Burger King the manager laughed almost like it was not a big deal not only did this take time out of my day but my toddler almost ate a raw burger so when I asked for a refund he asked where was the other food of course it was home because the other burger was cooked properly and my kids was ready to eat by this time. The manager saw the raw and uncooked burger because I brought it back to him so tha he could see what they are trying to serve people. I feel like this is unacceptable because they was not busy at all in fact when I walked in everybody was standing around on their phone including the manager. This is unacceptable because he never apologized or was sympathetic about their error they made his biggest concern was where was the other food. The only option he gave me was to remake the sandwich. I will never return to this...

Don't go to this Burger King even if you're starving, it's not worth it. I came here a few weeks ago and the service is ok, but the food is terrible.

Cons:

1. If you're eating here make sure to always check your receipts and count how much you get back because they will sometimes make ' mistakes '.

2. The food is just gross. It's either reheated, under cooked, or just not well cooked. They also seem to like to put a lot of salt on the food so be careful.

The sauces that they use for the burgers seem watery which isn't normal. You'll notice once you squeeze the burger a bit, or open it.

The burgers themselves seem as though they were under cooked or preheated.

3. The drinks from the soda machine taste as if they were baptized with water, or soap.

Pros: There always seems to be parking Even though they do make money 'mistakes' the people in the front are friendly The place is kept clean It usually seems empty so it's good for people that don't like crowded places

Overall: It's not a good place to order anything to eat, but it seems like a pretty chill...
