I ordered 2 pecan chicken salads, 2 oatmeal bars & a lg chili for lunch, for myself & my manager, just after 2pm on a Thursday (today). The food was good but, the service from the front counter was awful! The woman working the front counter told me they were out of oatmeal bars & asked which cookies I wanted instead. I requested just to have the cash amount of the oatmeal bars to be refunded to my card. She asked if I wanted fries instead. That's not even close to the same thing, idk why she would ask that. She said she couldn't refund the money. I told her that someone needs to so, she got her manager & he offered to make the bars, he said it'd be 5 minutes. So I waited outside about 10 minutes, maybe more & came back in. I grabbed my order, looked in the bag once in my car. The bars were missing & the salad toppings too. I went back in. Asked for the bars & salad items. She told me the bars weren't done so I repeated what the manager told me about how long they would take so instead of checking on them, she replied that she'd talk to the manager. She walked away & came back to say, "he's on the phone". The restaurant was not busy, I dont understand why she couldn't help. I told her, "I'm on my lunch break, I need to go". The manager came out & said the bars need to set to form. I asked him just to put them into a dish so I could go back to work. I had been there for 40 minutes by this time. I was polite the entire interaction, probably too polite. If I was only ordering for myself I would have canceled the entire order & went elsewhere. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the salads were good. The chili wasn't as I ordered & paid extra for it either. I also had asked for a lg ice water but she tried to charge for a lg beverage as well. Its normal to pay for the cup, thats fine but, its not normal to pay for an ice water as a full priced fountain drink, especially after dealing with so much nonsense. I told her to forget it. Read moreAs I write this review, I just had a terrible experience at this Wendy's. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with mushrooms, 6pc chicken tenders, and a triple baconator (all combo meals).
I asked for some sauces in which they said that they would only give 3 sauces max so I asked for a bbq and two sweet and sours.
Instead of all this, I received a chicken nuggets meal and a spicy chicken sandwich without the mushrooms that I paid 50 cents extra for. They also had completely forgotten about my triple baconator and being that this was a to go meal, they didn't even think to put napkins and sauces in the bag (I asked for 3). When I came back to them, they initially refused to let me talk to a manager in which I had to ask repeatedly. They (the manager) then still forgot to put napkins in the bag for my baconator and I had to remind them to also give me my large fries. When I finally realized they didn't give us any sauce or napkins, I went back in to get the sauce and they only gave me two (for 6 pieces of chicken tenders!!!); I also asked them to refill my lemonade drink in which they refused because it was a "premium" drink (sugar, water, and lemon is premium I guess?).

This particular fast food place seems to consistently hire the rudest, least caring kids I think I’ve ever seen anywhere. Especially at the drive through window. The first couple times I just thought; maybe it’s just one of those people or maybe I’m being hyper-critical, but no…EVERY time I go there, same thing. I just don’t get what it is that Chick-Fil-A, right down the street (or most other locations I’ve seen) has to be doing SO differently, that their employees are so much nicer. I’m sure the pay has got to be comparable but these employees have the worst attitudes ever. Bad attitudes are contagious. Maybe it’s the manager that’s giving the impression to these mostly kids that; it’s ok to be rude and inconsiderate to the customers. Just get their money and get them outta here. If I just have to have a ‘Wendy-Burger’ from now on, I’ll drive the extra distance to avoid this place from now...
