Ordered a bike online (per online it is supposed to be assembled by the store for anything with a wheel size for 20” or greater) went to pick it up there system was down after 30 min. and apparently no back up plan for people to pick up orders just a come back ( never mind that I drove out of the way to come there because they had the bike I ordered even though 2 other targets are close to me). My husband went back the next day and to our surprise the bike was not assembled but still in the box! I spoke to guest service over the phone ( my husband needed to get to work) and told them the issue, even requested they call a local store closer to me to see if they can assemble it. She told me my only option is to bring it back there and then hung up on me when I asked for a manager. I then called target corporate office and advise of the situation, they kindly reached out to another store closer to me and made the arrangements for the bike to be assembled and sent a message to the West Palm Beach Store and requested I receive a call back from West Palm regarding the incident. It has been a week later and no call back. Who ever is the manager over that store should be fired! Read moreLast night I went to target for a few things around 4pm after checking out I went to the Starbucks located in the store there was two customers ahead being helped by the 3 male workers after they were done with them and it was my turn the one worker left behind the store the other two workers stayed behind and started to clean meanwhile its already been 5 minutes or more that I'm standing there by the register and still nave not been ecknowleged by both workers I know they both see me there standing as we made eye contact at least once but after that they both ignored me for another 10 minutes cleaning with their heads down I just waited patiently thinking they will soon at least say ma'am we will be with you in a few..but instead they both left to the back talking and laughing....meanwhile the lady behind me left that was also in line . ..as I'm still in line waiting one of the workers still ignoring be was getting ready to leave that's when my husband interviende and said does anyone work here..he said yes there in the back I will get him..finally after waiting 15 minutes or so one of the workers came out with an upset face and just said yes...I asked if they have no sugar iced tea he said no so we left..this was the worst experience I had poor customer service no respect ...they really gave a bad name to Starbucks and Target..not what I was...
Read moreIf I could give one star I would ! Last night I went to target to by a pair of slacks for my grandfather who is currently going through radiation. I purchased a 38w 30l at 7:42pm. He as me to swap them out due them not being long enough. I went back a few hours later to do an exchange AND PURCHASE an additional pair. With me leaving the house so quickly I completely forgot to grab my wallet which had my id and receipt mind you they were closing in 40 min and he really needed the pants for radiation the next morning. With the pants having all tags attached I didn't think it would be a problem. When I made it to guest services ZACH one of the store team lead's REFUSE TO EXCHANGE the pants that I just purchased two hours ago. Once I explained how I desperately need to swap them out for my grandfather he smirked on my face and continued to say it's again their policy. When i asked to see the policy it stated NO WHERE that I couldn't exchange an item that i paid cash for. When that was pointed out he went to get another lead JOSH. The other lead was even nastier! I didn't leave the store until after 10:20pm. JOSH OR ZACH had no compassion I didn't need my money back or anything else just wanted to make a SIMPLE exchange.
