I ordered a caramel frappe, and two ten piece chicken nuggets and ordered extra sauces, even after being told it will cost 15 cents for each sauce. I said "that's fine" and even though she charged me 45 cents for the sauce (don't care about the money) they gave me NO sauces. Not "no extra" sauces that I paid for, but NO SAUCE. Have these people ever tried their semi-cold, tasteless, often stale chicken nuggets with NO SAUCE? That food is not worthy of a prisoner.
The large caramel frappe was not supposed to make my day, but for $3.59 plus tax, they could have put more effort into making this drink. I basically got a large cup of shaved ice with milk, maybe 1 tbsp of coffee, and the tiniest slightest amount of syrup.
I feel bad for one of the employees. She is a very young girl compared to all other employees around her. She was the only person who greeted me, after 5 other employees walked past me, and two other customers waiting to order. She made my entire order herself after 20 minutes of ZERO progress towards making it. I gave her two dollars, even though the drink she made (on her own, despite asking multiple times "how do I make this" and getting ignored by everybody including the manager) was terrible. She tried. Nobody helped her, and in other BK's this same order is made in less than 5 minutes every time. (unless the store is busy, this store had maybe three cars in the drive through line, and just us 3 customers waiting for our small orders, and that's not busy)
I hope this BK gets some help, I won't be returning...
Read moreAs you all know how the saying goes, if I could give this place, no stars I would, but since I can’t, I will just elaborate on my experience. I have been visiting this Burger King for the past few weeks for their crispy wraps and every single time that I come to order, I go through the drive-through and I am met with such attitude and disregard that it is unfathomable. I don’t understand why at any point of the day that these women who work in customer service i.e. fast food don’t understand what being manner-able is. I don’t ever have an attitude, i may ask questions about what’s on the menu because I’m not used to going there but each time I’m cut off with a sassy remark. Today was my last day going there; they messed up my order at the speaker and when I got to the window, the cashier acted as if it was my fault. She told me what they had as if I was just supposed to accept it , and then when I told her the order was wrong, she rolled her eyes and went and got somebody to fix it. Then at the second window, I got no discussion at all not a “hey how are you?” Not a “one moment, please”, as they were fixing my order , just silence and then closing the window, then opened it just a little bit, bending her arm out to give me one ranch as if she was so exasperated with my request for one. whoever the manager is needs to do extra work in their customer service department and get...
Read moreWent to the drive thru, asked a couple questions abt prices, asked for a sec. to confirm my order with my kids, the cashier sounded irritated (note that there was NO ONE ELSE in the drive thru), was told to just drive to window, got there and met with rude employees, i nicely told them that there's no need to be irritated so early in the morning the woman named Dominique told me she's not irritated she's working on a timer and I'm messing up her time, again I nicely said but there's no one else behind me in the drive thru, being rude again she says yes but I had to talk to my son, who by the way was in the car with me, and they don't do that here....WOW....and then she mutters something else and shuts the window on me. No sort of customer service at all. I called the store manager after driving off and was told that Dominique is actually her most pleasant worker. If that's the case then I really don't want to see what the others have to offer. Totally...
