I was in town visiting from Boston and couldn’t leave Miami without getting some Haiti food. I originally went to Greg Cookout and let just say they are very rude and didn’t have anything I wanted. So I went on TikTok to see what other good options were in the neighborhood when I stumbled on Pierre Caribbean restaurant 5 mins down the road. I called to see if they had fish and they did so I ordered and headed on down. From the moment I walked in u was greet by the young lady who took my order and she told me it was still cooking not a big deal as fish is normally cooked to order. As I waited for my food the other 2 ladies that worked their kept checking on me to make sure I was ok just GREAT customer service all around they made me feel welcomed and I just knew my food was about to be bomb. Well I got my food headed back to my hotel room and couldn’t be happier man was that good amazing. Sorry I was to hungry for pictures but whenever I’m in Miami this would be my go to spot. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. The sauce had a perfect spiced I didn’t even need to used my pikliz which just goes to say how well the seasoned their food.. Do yourself a favor go eat at Pierre’s don’t waste your time anywhere else especially not Greg’s cookout where your just another dollar sign not treated...

I had the pleasure of trying their goat with sauce with mushroom rice and pikliz (spicy pickled slaw)—a classic Haitian dish done exceptionally well. while the rice was seasoned just right and complemented by the tangy heat of the pikliz.

The taste brings me back home and also to my mothers kitchen.

Service was attentive and friendly, and the ambiance was relaxed, making it a great place for both casual dining and special gatherings.
