I had some people recommend this place to me, saying it was good Mexican food. Well they apparently don't know what GOOD Mexican food tastes like. I had the fajitas and part of the onions and bell peppers was raw, the other parts were burnt so bad that you could break them in half. All while being very bland. The salsa is sweet tasting. The tortillas were soggy. Now on to the service, we did not get all of our food at the same time. They brought out part of mine first, then had to wait for about 10 mins before they brought out my wife and daughters food, then a couple more minutes for my son's food, THEN 5 mins for my daughter's boyfriends food. It was another 5 minutes after that before our server brought our bill, handed it to us without saying or asking anything then walked off. The music was so loud that it made hearing other members in our party difficult. After we got home, our daughter's boyfriend ended up getting sick and losing everything he ate while others were feeling like they could get sick also. STRONGLY recommend going...

The older kids had food on their table they were eating but one of the workers left a bottle of cleaner on the table next to their food then entire time we were there. It was a weird experience. They also charge a 4% fee for using a card. We will not be...

Hands down one of the best spots in West Plains! I ordered the Monster Burrito and it was absolutely incredible—huge, flavorful, and only $12! Seriously, this thing was packed with meat, cheese, rice, beans, and all the good stuff. Every bite was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right.
The service was fast and friendly, and the whole place had a clean, welcoming vibe. You can tell they care about the food and the customer experience. Great portions, great prices, and great people.
If you’re anywhere near West Plains, do yourself a favor and stop by Primo’s. This is the kind of local gem you remember and come back to again and again....
