The food was incredible. Huge portions of meat per serving. The pulled pork was so tender and tasty. There were 3 sauces on each table to choose from: Sweet, Smoky and Spicy. I had a pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw on it. Delicious. Bun was toasted and super fresh. Mom had a loaded baked potato which was HUGE. Enough for 3 meals easily. It was drowning in cheese, butter, green onions, sour cream and pulled pork. She ate it with the Spicy sauce and said it was great. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because it took so long to get the fried pies we ordered for dessert. Also, mom ordered a peach fried pie, but was given coconut instead. My cherry pie was very tasty. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. Overall, a great experience.

The two stars is for the wait staff who were friendly enough. And I’ll start by saying I really don’t like to leave anything less than four stars, but consider this a PSA. The ‘premium’ Mac and cheese was definitely $0.50 Walmart Mac. The brisket was burnt, and I’m not talking delicious bbq burnt ends, tough, dry inedible brisket. The pulled pork was okay, but had a slight plastic taste. And then the sauce, or should I say lack there of. We order to go and were limited to two half full dip cups of sauce. Have you ever been to a bbq restaurant where they limit the sauce? Also, silent restaurant, no music, just silence. What’s with that?

We stopped by for lunch and we were pleasantly pleased. Not only was the food delicious but it was affordable as well. I had a smoked turkey sandwich with a side salad and it was great! I'm posting the menu here so you can see what is available.

On February 9th around 1:30pm, We stopped in for lunch. The waitress took our order and brought our drinks. We both ordered the smoked Turkey breast dinner. While we were waiting, a woman (family of the owner) puts a baby on top of the table and changes it's diaper in the room with people trying to eat! When the waitress brought out the food, the turkey was unrecognizable. We questioned the waitress about the meat and she said she would change it. The owner would not allow her to change it! We attempted to try and eat it but it was full of liquid smoke and not edible, and there was a small black hair stuck to the plate underneath the brown turkey breast. When I told the waitress she immediately went and got the manager. She came to the table with an attitude. I showed her the hair on my plate. She flicked it off, and then accused me of trying to get out of paying for the food! All I wanted was a, hairless, edible meal, in a dining room! Not a make shift diaper changing station restroom! If an owner allows that in the dining room with eating customers, I don't even want to know what goes on in the kitchen!! We paid for the food and walked out, and will definitely not be returning! I would definitely NOT recommend this...

Would be a 1 star rating, if the waitress wasn't so nice and friendly.

To be fair, this BBQ joint wasn't anywhere close to BBQ, I don't even think you can put it in the same food category. After living in south Texas for many years and experiencing the way authentic BBQ is supposed to be, I was disappointed to find out that there is not a local BBQ joint to enjoy. My wife ordered the pulled pork nachos, and I had the pulled pork sandwich. There was no smoke in the meat, the meat was dry, and very bland. The portions were small, and the added items on the pull pork nachos were very small (three chives total on my wife's nachos). They wanted to charge extra for Jalapenos. The nachos were from a store-bought brand and were stale. My sandwich was super boring and eventless. Just dry pulled pork between two buns. The waitress was nice though. The BBQ sauces saved the day, but Snyder's can't take credit for them, because they are not even made there. Because of the portion sizes, the price, and the boringness of the food, we...

Had a catering July 2nd for my wedding. 70-85 people worth of food. $930 and $120 of it was never seen. We had it picked up by family. Said family sat in their ride while the worker's loaded it in. Trusting everything we had ordered was in there our family then drove to our location where when we had gotten set up we realized there was NO OKRA. When they called Sniders back there was no answer and no way to even leave a message for them to return our calls. This was Saturday. Today is the 7th and we are just now hearing back. We have been calling and leaving messages. My point, when we explained situation the owner got very defensive and rude. Implying we just hid the food. We told her the proof we had and she told us if WE wanted proof her staff loaded it that WE would need to pay her camera guy to show us because she can't work her cameras. Refunded $60 from $120. For food her staff never even cooked. They are dishonest and rude when caught in the wrong. PLEASE CHECK your food for any and ALL event's so you don't...
