Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in West Plains

I visit Sonic Stores frequently as I travel often for work and I travel out of state to visit family frequently. Sonic is fast, efficient and always has what I need. EXCEPT West Plains Mo. West Plains has failed the last four visits. No Oreo Cookies for my child to have a blast. No buffalo chicken bites that where advertised adamantly on the screens. No rt 44 cups?? Can’t get my order right? This is not a company distribution problem, I would experience it across the board at all stores. This is a West Plains problem. Lack of proper management. Lack of planning. Lack of ordering adequate supplies. YOU KNOW your customer volume!! YOU KNOW in advance you have big events in town. BE Prepared! Do better West Plains!! When you order a large chilli cheese tot on the mobile app, and the receipt clearly shows you ordered it and its not in the bag, that's a problem. I worked at sonic in Springfield and know how "rough" and "chaotic" it can be. It was 30 minutes after opening with maybe 2 other cars at most in the stalls. The order is displayed on a screen, it's not difficult to match the screen with the bag contents. We also ordered no ice on our two drinks and had a regular amount of ice upon order delivery. We let it slide as to not be rude, but after getting home and realizing a large part of our order was missing entirely, I feel it needs to be pointed out. We've had nothing but trouble at this particular sonic. Seriously, its fast food....

Of the last 3 visits .. This facility has given me the wrong order or gotten the order incorrectly all 3 times. The first time that I received the wrong order . I had driven about 10 miles out of town . When I asked my wife to share the fries ... To our surprise ...There where no fries.and no Chedder Peppers. Only tots... When I returned they Immediately told me I had the wrong order... The 2nd time I ordered 3 sonic meals and received 3 burgers and drinks .. The last time I attempted to enjoy this Sonic Service , my wife asked for Onion rings and Chedder Peppers .. Neither of which came with the order .. Needless to say .. I have had enough, and will not return to the Mountain...
