Read moreThis location (West Sacramento) is by far the worst location I have ever been to. If I could give this location zero stars I would in a heartbeat!!!!It was the interaction of the manager “Lupe” I guess his name was. When I called to explain to him about my food being extremely cold and the guacamole being brown and nasty looking. He pretty much told me it was my fault. I ordered through door dash. Order was suppose to be ready at 615-630. I never received any notification on the door dash app saying food was ready. I waited down the street til 625pm thinking they were busy. I walked in at 628-630 and the cashier ha fed me my food which she was very mice. No one greater me, I stood there fir a good minute to minute in a half and was the only customer in there before getting helped. I drove down the street and pulled Iver to eat. I took 2 bites of my potato taco which was soggy and cold, then proceeded to take a bite of the car it’s taco. The guacamole was brown, I touched the meat it was cold. Not warm at all, them touched the chicken and again cold. So I called the manager and he was by far the rudest person I’ve dealt with in the restaurant industry. He told me I waited over 20 minutes to get my food which again no alerts saying it was ready. I asked if it could be remade and I would bring the food back so he can see that it’s extremely cold. He said that was besides the point and again the food had been sitting there for over 20 minutes. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. I know the food can’t get this cold in 16-20 minutes. Even with door dash they can take 30-60 min to get delivered to you and the food is never this cold. Ive been in management for over 15 years and would NEVER treat a customer this way. I would have apologized and had the food remade. I wasn’t asking for a refund. I’ve been eating Chando’s for a long time and have been to most of the locations. I was highly disappointed in this location. I will never order from this location again and I’ll make sure anyone I know won’t either. I’ll stick to roseville and power inn. I hope to get a response back from someone higher up then this poor excuse of a manager, because this is no way to handle your...
Read moreMy wife and I ordered on line a small order of food. Tacos and a order of nachos. On the order of nachos it was noted “no onions”. When my wife returned home we opened the box and sure enough on top was a nice healthy serving of pico with plenty of onions. It was a Friday night so I assumed it was very busy and mistakes happen. I drove back to this location and walked up to the cooks (it was not very busy) and explained that my order called for no onions (it said so on my receipt I handed to him) He said “the order is correct there is no onions just pico” I replied but the pico has onions. He said “yes”. Then he just stared at me like I was insulting him. I said ok, walked over to the cashier and said, hi I’d like a refund for these, I ordered no onions and it has onions. She hollered across the room to the cook, “it’s an on line order”, the cook exclaimed across the room, “the order is correct “. I could immediately tell the situation was not going to get any response towards customer service, so I calmly pick up the food I paid for and left. I waited a few minutes and called the cashier and asked if she agreed with the cook in regards to the order. She said “next time I order be more specific “. NO ONIONS. How do you make that more specific? Ya know this isn’t the first time I’ve had orders come back incorrect from this location, we just sucked it up, picked out the wrong items or just traded food. I’m over this place. Other taco places are just as good if not better, I will make the longer drive to them. Good luck and stay...
