City Donuts — Restaurant in West Sacramento

City Donuts is hands down the best donut shop in West Sac! The donuts are always fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet without being too heavy. Their glazed and maple bars are my go-to, but honestly every single donut I’ve tried has been amazing. They also have a great selection of breakfast sandwiches and drinks, so it’s the perfect spot to start your morning.

On top of that, the owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. They really take pride in what they do, and it shows in both the quality of the food and the service.

First time I went to this shop in the 4 almost 5 years I have lived here i was rush by the person working the register the donuts looked good like any other from a shop like this i was Hella hungry as soon as I had my first 2 which is all I ate out of the dozen I got I felt sick the rest of the day the donut seem to be dip into to much Greece the dough was to sweet combined with the on top it was too much for my stomach recommend not going here but if u want good donuts that won't upset your stomach go to 16th st in downtown right next to the laundry mate near Francis House it a little out of the way...

I get prices have gone up for businesses and they must pass that on to the customer but, this doesn't feel right. I purchase donuts for clients and my kids (okay I sneak one here and there) so I frequent different donut shops and gotta say, these are some of highest prices I've seen. Seems like prices increased 3-6 months ago and here we are in June with another increase. $1.75 per donut and $2.75 for a dozen donut holes!!! As a West Sacramentian I'm all about supporting local businesses but not at these advantage...
