Today was the fifth time I've attempted to get coffee/breakfast at this location. And 5/5 times have been ridiculous. The first four times I went through the drive thru, ordering one coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Each time I was told to pull all the way forward and wait. After 10+ minutes EVERY TIME, I was brought someone else's drink/food. Twice. This morning I decided to skip the drive thru and go inside, hoping that it would be faster and accurate. Nope. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes while the two female workers worked the drive thru. Even though the pink and orange-haired female was working right in front of me, she didn't even acknowledge me. All she had to do was say hello and let me know she'll be right with me. That goes a long way. Instead, she continued to work in front of me and act as if I wasn't there. When I did finally order, I was given the wrong coffee. I ordered decaf and asked them to confirm what I got was decaf. She said it's not decaf and rudely asked if I actually ordered it decaf. Yes, I did. So, I had to wait, again, for the right coffee. Once I had my coffee, she said to have a good day. Well, I'm still waiting for my breakfast sandwich. Oh, yeah, it'll be up shortly. By the time I left, I had been there over 20 minutes. I have been to other Dunkin' location and they have been stellar. This one is horrible. Consistently horrible. The service, the wait, the accuracy and the people are horrible. Read moreWas here around 10:50 AM this morning (St. Patrick’s day) blonde woman mid 30’s-40’s maybe, was very snarky on the drive through intercom and curt with my mother throughout the ordering process. Closed the door on my mom when my mom asked her about the promotional coupons from this month, (a free scratch-off style coupon where you can get food or drink items) that she didn’t hand to my mom along with her order & coffee, she rudely said - which she had no direct NEED to say, really: “Oh well I usually give them at the 2nd door when I come out……” trailing. And then lazily gave it over and in a way I felt like was a gesture of saying “Here, take your little coupon and get outta here” and by that, she gave us another one to take. Of course, I totally understand that was indeed nice to do, but the service here has to improve. She shut the drive through door on my mom twice once when she was asking her for the coupon and the second as my mom was kindly SPEAKING TO HER. Very rude. Didn’t this place just open??? Yeesh.. Dunkin used to be my favorite location to go to until it came to West Salem. I have been disappointed many times. One of the first times I went, the drink that I ordered was completely wrong. Just recently I have had two more bad experiences, went through the drive thru, got my drink, drank it all the way home, when I got home, I sucked up a PAPER TOWEL in my drink that completely covered my tongue!!! DISGUSTING. I looked at the bottom of the cup to find MORE paper towel floating around. How does that even happen?? Last week, I went to this location again and I ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a Plain Bagel. I got on the interstate headed towards the location I was going to and thought when I grabbed the bagel out of the bag that it was quite light.
