McDonald's — Restaurant in West Springfield

My 4year old son and I have eatin at this mcdonald's many times, as it is the only mcdonald's that's right on our drive home. When we 1st started stopping here, Id say about 8 months ago...we, for the most part, had a good experience! But within the past 6 month's, Ive had more issue's than any other mcdonald's restaurant we've been to! So my son alway's get's his 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. N when you order a chicken nugget happy meal, I guess the worker's are supposed to ask/offer what sauce is wanted with the happy meal? I alway's ask for sweet and sour sauce...but they rarely, if ever actually put the darn sauce in the order??!? So why do they ALWAY'S ask if we want sauce with the happy meal...if they only give it to you 3 out of the 10 time's they asked!?!? It's not a super big deal...but after it happening soo many time's...it's just gotten to be pretty annoying! If no one's going to put the darn sauce in the happy meal...then why bother asking?? Then there's the issue with my iced coffee! Ugh. So when I 1st started coming to this mcdonald's id order a large french vanilla iced coffee with 7 cream's and 12 liquid sugar's. (Yes I know it's a lot of extra stuff, but I like it... and was willing to pay extra for the liquid sugar, or sometimes id have whipped cream with caramel drizzel on it) If you want extra liquid sugar, then they charge you more money for each pump of liquid sugar you want. Which again I was ok with paying, bcuz I like my iced coffee like that! So there was only ONE WORKER that could made my iced coffee correctly and simply the way I asked and paid for! I was extremely thankful that he would stop and take his time out to make my coffee. But im not sure if hes working in a different station at this restaurant or what happened to him? But I haven't seen him, so my iced coffee get's made by whomever is working at that station at that time. Ive had multiple time's Ive handed the coffee right back, bcuz I'll just look at the bottom of the cup, and I could very clearly see a bunch of coffee ground's OR granulated sugar! Which you don't have to pay extra money for?! So what are they doing?? Charging money for extra liquid sugar, yet arn't even using the liquid sugar?? No clue? Then just today id ordered a medium FV iced coffee...paid for that and the rest of our food. Got to the food window and was told that they just ran out of iced coffee. The lady asked me if id wanna wait for them to brew a new thing of iced coffee OR if I just wanted to get a soda? I was annoyed bcuz I really did want my iced coffee..but ok... I asked for Dr pepper instead. The lady said "ok" handed me the drink. N as im driving away to our house, I took a sip of my " dr pepper" but it was NOT dr pepper! Im not quite sure, but whatever soda she gave me taste's like freakin diet coke or diet pepsi! DEFINITELY NOT dr pepper!! Ugh. Just about every single time Ive gone to this mcdonald's..there's always at least 1 thing wrong with my order...if not more...and it's getting REALLY RIDICULOUS!! It seem's like almost every mcdonald's we go to, messes up the order in one way or another? I understand that accidents do happen bcuz we're all people and we do make mistake's...but when the order gets messed up almost constantly...it get's really...

Went last night for happy meals for my children because I was extremely tired from our busy day. Went through the drive thru the person taking the order had an attitude. When asked if I’d be charged for the bottle of water that should have been given with the happy meals because their fountain drinks were down the young lady was extremely rude about it. Once I pulled up to get my food I was asked to pull around the front to wait. The young lady who brought our food out was rude as well she brought us the wrong food, which we had to wait for ours so I just informed her it wasn’t our order, she proceeded to bring out our order and I asked for the bottles of water and her response was “ what the water wasn’t brought to you” knowing she was the one who brought the food. Then she comes out with two water bottles, I asked where the third was because we had gotten three happy meals and we were charged for the bottled water after being told we wouldn’t be. She then walked away huffing and puffing, and rolling her eyes at me. At that point I went inside to speak with the manager, she rallied up her coworkers at the front counter and walked away laughing as if it was a joke. I will be contacting the franchises owner. It was extremely rude and the most disgusting and disrespectful service I’ve received at any...

I just went there I was the only one in the drive thru and just like I figured I will be waiting 15 minutes to be served with the first response by the drive thru lady was," WAIT A MINUTE." Again I'm the only one in the drive thru. I told her I'm running late and how she is so slow. Her response was " I'M THE ONLY ONE WORKING." I wanted to say I'm the only one waiting in the drive thru. Moreover, I never seen someone look like they're moving in slow motion opening sugar packets ONE BY ONE to place in my coffee. Terrible service. No receipt. She repeated my order all wrong when I finally got to the second window. As far as she being alone I saw a male staff there with her. Yeah I was 10 minutes late for work. ( OH MY GOSH) WHY when I get to work my stomach started paining me? I'm a nurse and I suffered the whole 7am to 3pm shift in pain. I believe it was E- Coli since it was a recall for onions at these Mcdonald's franchises. I ordered the maple oatmeal/fruit and hashbrown with a large coffee. My stomach is knotting up and then it gives you a couple minutes of pain relief before knotting up again. No I won't go to that Mcdonald's again. Good luck if...
