By far the worst experience ever. asked to speak with manager and was told by a girl who wasn't experienced enough to even knowwhat a margherita pizza actually is the manager for 9 years!!!! insulted us by telling us that the terrible and barely recognizable ingredients that were on the pizza were in fact the correct ones and also said that no other place around were correct in the recipe and claimed that they couldn't be real Italian pizza!!! Shout out to John's in chicopee and primos pizza Springfield and several others in area no fresh mozzarella buffalo milk balls and almost no fresh tomatoes nothing. But the manager ..if she was one further insulted us and sai we might like a plain cheese pizza. Thi person should be fired immediately as she had no social skills and no knowledgeof products.. a total insult to the owners who hired her as well. Beware folks an hour wait for a very bad pizza . Sorry to the owners who may not realize how bad business is and was lost. At least 7 different families that ordered f on there will...
Read moreThe food was delicious, there's no denying that. It's no joke here, it is a legit upscale restaurant (at least in my experience). The food was fancy and a bit pricey (in my opinion!). I knew that going in so I was prepared. There were 3 of us for dinner, drinks and shared dessert, the bill was over $200 before the tip. I wasn't prepared for my dish to be so tasty! I got the truffle alfredo and it really was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the portion. My friend got the gnocchi and her plate seemed much smaller than mine. The restaurant is in the smaller side and you definitely do need a reservation to dine here and if you are seated by the front, the other patrons waiting for their table will stare at you while you're finishing 😅 all in all, a good experience for what it was. I personally probably will not be back just because I'm more into casual dining but if you're looking for a more upscale place for a special occasion or date then I think this checks...
Read moreFood was a mixed bag. My chicken (crispy and salty) was quite good while my wife's pasta & clams were almost flavorless.
Our waitress was efficient, however, she must have been having a bad day because she certainly seemed not the friendly type. The owner made up forr the less frriendly waitresss. I guess.
Pricing is, in our opinion, a tad bit pricey. Especially when the total dining experience was less than 5 stars on our recent visit.
To be completely fair. Our prior vist, about 4 years ago, was a totally different experience. We were dinning with our son and daughter-in-law and the food, service, waitress, the whole enchilada was, in fact, phenomenal. So much so we didn't mind the $440.00 we spent that evening. And we're pretty sure the waitress loved her tip.
I guess having earned 5 star, followed by a 3 star I'm simply going to return for a 3'rd visit. It will be the tie breaker and will determine if there is a...
