Celery Stalk — Restaurant in West Springfield

I went out of my way to support this mom and pop shop. I had never been before so I was asking what was in the sandwiches. The man who was getting my food was kind and was considerate of my allergy. He went out of his way to tell me ingredients to make sure I could eat different items. The menu is pretty vague, so I did need to ask for ingredients. I didn't even know you could add items onto a sandwich because the menu and servers do not say anything.

After I get my food and sit down I hear the cashier (who seemed to be the owner) speaking intentionally loud enough for me to hear. Swears were mixed into his language and he was basically making fun of me for not reading the menu when in fact I had read it and it was just super vague. He was really just being very rude and mean in the way he spoke about me. Also the workers in the back kept speaking very loudly and swearing. I am not going to go back to this place. The food...

My uncle kept on telling me to come to this little place. He said the food was delicious and the price was very good and reasonable. My hubby and I was very hungry and I suggested to him to take me here.

Walking in I felt like an old school feel of the 60’s. We were looking around and saw amazing sport items, pictures, card display. I looked at my hubby and we were already amazed as he is a fan of Collecton of sport.

We ordered our cheeseburger soup, meatballs sandwich, seafood sandwich. The staff was on point with service. The owner very observant with the quality of service with exceptional service to the attention of his customers.

The food was fresh clean and very quickly served.

Especially the small business owners. The Celery Stalk is only about 5 min walk. My daughter and I are very picky eaters and always can find something delicious here!
