Janice the GM is lacking in customer service!!! So I ordered a Dbl whopper with cheese no onion, no tomato, and a spicy chicken sandwich no lettuce no tomato add cheese. Instead I get a Single whopper no cheese, with onion and tomato no lettuce, and a spicy chicken sandwich with tomato no cheese, so I politely take the sandwiches back up front. I explain to her the issue as I'm talking she walks away tells the maker to add a patty and cheese to the whopper ignoring I have an allergy to raw onion and also says to scrap lettuce off spicy chicken sandwich. I tell her no ma'am, those sandwiches can be made fresh the right way, she doesnt throw them away instead pushes them to side out of my sight. The sandwich maker says OMFG as she said make them fresh, as I watch the sandwiches be made the lady making them never makes them fresh instead pulls them back in front of her and fixes them, wraps them and sends them Through. I check to see if they are made correctly and they are not, you can see the lettuce still on chicken sandwich, and the whopper was made to a double still no cheese again with onion lettuce no tomato. I told the manager again. She then took the sandwiches after I told her do not give them back to the maker, make them fresh the DBL whopper especially cause of the allergy to onions and she throws them away turns around tells me since I'm not happy with how she is doing shell give me my money back, I told her I didnt want my money back I want the sandwiches made correctly not thrown together and passed back and forth 6 times. She doesnt give the customer time to finish explaining the issue before she walks away, and she refuses to tell her cooks to do the job correctly. I was not the only one up at counter complaining of incorrect made sandwiches or orders. When I asked to speak to the GM she pulled her shirt with name tag side forward and leaned forward and said "that's me, how bout that? I'm the GM and no I can't help you! Woow okay what's your bosses number, and his/her name? Hands me a piece of paper with number and says you'll need to figure out who my boss is.. yuuup wont be back to that Burger King again ever... and I'll be sure to pass it along to the drivers I know as well bout the piss poor...
Read moreWow. This one is a little long. I apologize. I don't know if the night manager is trying to make no one want to eat at Burger King or what. I've gone here lots of times even though my orders were literally always missing something (I know, I've put up with it for a Loooooong time). But I arrived at the drive-through 5/28/2024 at about 1:45 am, as I would normally do, but there was nothing, just some slight sounds of movement on the microphone. I spoke to try and get their attention, but there was nothing. So after about 2 minutes, I pulled up to the 2nd window wondering curiously if they were closed or something. Maybe the microphone was down, I don't know. I then saw the manager just sitting on the floor on her phone. She seemed to have been there for a while. I asked if they were open, but I guess she couldn't hear me through the window. I was there for about a minute when the cook walked in from using the restroom and pointed me out. Suddenly the night manager saw me and started yelling at me to go back to the menu. I told her I did and she said she didn't hear me. She was being really aggressive. I don't know how I turned out to be seen as the villan in that situation, but I don't think anybody should get aggressively yelled at for something like that. Maybe the night manager had a hard day or something, but it shouldn't be taken out on others like that. I said I would go back around, but as I drove forward the only thing I wanted to do was drive away and never come back to another Burger King EVER. I decided I was still hungry so I went to McDonald's. They treated me so well and I finally got an order that came back right! It was amazing!!! The workers at McDonald's were fantastic. It was literally a difference of night and day. The workers were friendly and smiling and upbeat. Its sad to say, but I have never seen someome smile at any Burger King Before. Employees and people there alike. So, I've made the decision that I will not be returning to Burger King and I will be eating elsewhere where I can have peace of mind that I won't get yelled at or always have my orders come back wrong while being...
Read moreSo I go to this location because it is close to my house, and I do get that I'm not paying a lot for the breakfast sandwiches that we get, however when they don't put how long the sandwich has been sitting there, it tastes like it's been there for 30 minutes or longer at that point I'm paying too much. When I ask for fresh, I expect just that fresh. If I have to sit in the drive thru an extra five minutes even at the end of the day it was worth it. I don't want to be told it's fresh we only sell fresh! Then when I asked for sausage and the screen even says sausage, why do I not only get not fresh, but I get bacon! I have had numerous wrong orders here, my sandwich is messed up if I get the original chicken sandwich and I asked for cheese bacon and tomatoes, I just paid an additional $2 for those condiments, and the only is it not fresh squished and I don't have what I bought. Then when you attempt to call to complain so they can do better the next time, it rings and rings and rings and then goes to a fax machine. Then they asked two days later when somebody finally answer the phone, well do you have your receipt, hey I never got a receipt, and I threw the bag away obviously I am not going to let food set for two days while I wait for somebody to answer the phone. They need to step it up, there is way too much competition around to be getting everything wrong every time! If I ask for a Whopper with cheese no sauce no mayonnaise no ketchup, and I asked for a Whopper with cheese, please put sauce on one and not sauce on the other. Instead I get both with no sauce? Not fresh and squished!
