Where's customer service ever when I ask an associate to help me she act too busy sent me down the wrong aisle I went and asked her a second time She walked over to show me where the item was that I was looking for after huffing upset I needed more help and she just walked away I said thank you and she totally ignored me and I told her I said thank you and then she said you're welcome try to address it to the store manager wasn't any better when I told him she was willing to help a different customer but not me and asked if maybe she was racist he told me not to throw that card or I could leave and they would not sell me one thing so I chose to leave very unprofessional I did make the manager aware that I would be writing a review and he told me you can write all the reviews you'd like I hope my review gets to hire management they were too busy taking care of the store which I understand they need to do but the customer...
Read moreThis was hands down the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. While my wife was checking out, the store’s payment machine kept failing to read her card. Instead of helping or even checking if their equipment was faulty, both the assistant manager and cashier jumped to the offensive assumption that she didn’t have enough money in her account. They even told her she should “call the bank and transfer money before coming to shop,” as if that was the issue.
This was not only rude but completely out of line. It’s unacceptable for staff to insult a customer’s integrity rather than take responsibility for a malfunctioning machine. We left feeling disrespected and embarrassed—something no paying customer should ever experience.
If this is the kind of attitude management allows toward customers, this store is in serious need of retraining. We will not be returning, and we hope others think twice before doing...

I ordered some picture frames online to pick up in the West Valley City, UT store and three hours later I am still waiting for an email informing me the order is ready for pickup. The website showed the items were available in my store which is only 1.6 miles away but for convenience sake I ordered online to save checkout time at the store. Bad Decision! The store personnel can give me no information as to the status of the order because they haven't received the order from "back east."
