I Spa Massage — Local services in West Valley City

Went to this place yesterday because I have a back pain. I don’t have enough time to drive around and find a good massage place so I went in And get the service. The lady named Cece S did my massage, I get one hour massage which is cost me $60 but when I pay, the total is $65 I didn’t ask any question and said it’s OK. I needed a massage right now so I go for it.. I told her to give me a medium intensity But mostly, she give me hard, and I really hate when they start using their elbow and most of the time I have a tear eye because the intensity it’s too much for me to handle. I went in 6:33 pm. She didn’t start the massage until probably 6:40ish, during our session she went out three times and probably just came back about 3 to 5 minutes so I was shorted 15 minutes from my session and then she finish early which is 7:29pm. I was not able to get my 60 minutes that I paid for. Then I was surprised as heading out she stop me at the from counter and ask me do you want to pay card? I was confused because I already paid. She maybe talk about the tip, so I handed her a card my card sometimes has a problem because of the chip, she tried 3 times and get upset because my card is not working and tell me maybe no money, I have money on my card and I told her charge $10 and she refused it she told me no, you need to give $20. I mean seriously? I get scammed, so if you want a massage don’t come her unless you want to get scammed. Terrible experience, will never ever...

This was not a great massage I told her the areas I wanted worked on and she barely did those. Plus they don't tell u before that if you pay by card they will charge you 5 dollars just to run the card!!! Then they have u pay at the beginning and I tip off of how good my experience was.... so at the e d when I handed her the tip she said that's all most people give me a 30 dollar tip for a 90 minute massage I did a lot of work!!! I looked at her stunned then she said at least give me ten more!!! I told her I didn't have anymore cash and that I had already paid 105 for the massage. At this point I'm very irritated and said it wasn't the best massage and you didn't even do a full body massage like I paid for!! I will never go there again I left feeling like I still needed a massage after. It wasn't the worst massage but I will never ever go back there i think everyone needs to know.... I am so irritated I feel like I should get some of my money back!!

Literally the worst massage experience I have ever had. I paid for an hour and at 35 minutes the masseuse tried to tell me it was over. Then ten minutes later she tried the same thing. She also left the room 3 different times during the massage.

In addition, this was not ever a massage, 90% was nothing more than her lightly rubbing her hands over my back, legs, and arms. There was NO pressure, kneading, or anything synonymous with a massage.
