If I could give 0 stars I would. Management has extremely poor manners.
We walked in to meet a party and it was easily 20 minutes before the waitress took our drink order. We also ordered food with our drinks (figuring this would save time). She asked 2 out of 6 people twice what she can get them even though they had already ordered.
Another 20 minutes had gone by and we still did not have our drinks. We had someone in our party mention it. About 10 minutes later our drinks were brought out but only for half the table. The waitress continued to serve other tables rather than finish our drink order. Then another 10-15 minutes went by and come to find out the waitress hadn't even put our order in yet and simply stated that she "got busy but would put the order in now". At this point we stated we just wanted to cancel the order.
The owner of Copper Creek then came over to tell us that they were busy and that's why they hadn't put our order in. (I have never heard of a waitress not putting an order in because its busy. If food takes a while, its usually due to the cook being backed up and not the waitress purposely not placing the order) When we explained that we have watched 2 separate tables (one right before us and one right after we arrived) get their drinks, and food while we didn't even have our order put in: she then proceeded to tell us that it was because our entire party wasn't there thus changing her reasoning, yet we had all been present for almost an entire hour. She then proceeded to apologize with attitude and asked if she could put our order in. We stated we didn't want to eat there and she said with attitude "well then have a great day" and walked away.
Its fair to mention the manager did state that the waitress was new and her other one called out that day. Had she have come and simply apologized rather than put the blame back on our party.. this wouldn't have been a big issue. I get people are new but when mentioning the waitress has served 2 other tables and completely skipped us and to have the manager try to give us two reasons it was OUR fault before actually apologizing, that's my issue.
I will not be going here again and our party has told people within the company we work for, not to go...
Read moreThis place is around the corner from my house, so after a day of yard work, or just laziness, and we don't want to cook, we'll come here for food and libations. It's never a great experience. But it's close, and the food is mediocre, so we put up with it. Well last time we went, mind you, this is like our 10th time there, shots were ordered. We asked for another round, but they said since that they're a restaurant, they need to wait 30 minutes before serving us another round. I explained that their understanding of the law is incorrect and they're implementing an even stricter rule in an already strict state, plus they've never implemented this rule ever before in my previous TEN experiences. The manager then said that she guesses she'll have to talk to her servers about that since that has ALWAYS been the rule.
Well if you're going to talk to your servers I have a few more things for you to discuss with them. The majority of your servers are rude to your customers, EVERY SINGLE TIME. None of the servers seem like they want to be there nor do they know what "well" drinks are, We get attitudes when they bring us the wrong items and ask them to take them back when it was their fault for bringing us the wrong thing in the first place. Then we get to hear them talk trash on my wife to their coworkers loudly behind the bar.
I'm sure the owners here are good people, but I would not recommend anyone ever coming here. The employees are cold and their personal set of rules are alienating to their customer base. I do not like Chili's, but damn, you're seriously better off going there, or anywhere else for that matter. I can't believe I frequented this location as many times as I have before making the decision to simply drive somewhere else farther away to avoid this joint. I do not recommend coming...
Read moreTo tell you how much I loved this place I'm must go way back. Back in March of 92 I was born on a farm in Pennsylvania. I Learned and lived the farm life which taught me that the great importance of burgers and sandwiches. Quick, easy, and decently tasty. These are the values of the burger I was taught. I never believed there could be the perfect burger. I searched for many of years with no luck. I went from PA to WV then to VA. Still no luck. I almost gave up this quest for the perfect sandwich. I quickly grew tired of Virginia and its beach and decided a move was in store for me. After many months of planning I chose Utah. With this move fresh in my mind I wasn't looking for the perfect burger. After a long and exhausting day at work all I wanted was a quick beer and maybe just maybe a decent meal. So I picked up my phone and said google where is the nearest bar! It immediately pulled this place up. I said what the hell why not. After a 5 minute drive I walked inside and was promptly greeted and seated. I asked the gentleman any specials. He said a bud for a good price. Indeed I partook of this bud. As I looked through the menu that he gave me my eye caught this menu item. I believe it was called a bacon chubby melt. I asked him about it and he said it was good. So I ordered it and after he delivered the sandwich I realized he had lied to me. This sandwich was not just good but fantastic!! I couldn't help myself. I looked like a pack of wolves that hadn't eaten in a year. It was all over! My quest has been completed! I can now die...
