Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Valley City

I will make the 15-20 minute drive, to this particular location because of their five star service, across the bar. I live literally down the street, from another little ceasars pizza, with a drive thru. But, would rather make the drive to this location because they know how to make pizza. Especially my children’s favorite, which is the classic cheese. The dough is the perfect thickness and cooked properly. The perfect amount of marinara sauce and cheese, that is actually edible. The customer service is world class. The workers actually look like they showered and brushed their teeth. They even bag the crazy bread and marinara sauce for you. My local location, never thinks to bag them because it’s hard not to have them sliding everywhere— as they hand it to you, through the drive thru. Even when we ask if they can bag it, they hand us the bag, where we end up bagging it ourselves. Thank you for your five star services and wish y’all can give tips, to the terrible...

Becareful when you buy food from this location. Always check to make sure they give you the correct order before you leave. My family and I came in today to purchase the ExtraMostBestest cheese Pizza and they said they would have to make it fresh, because they didn't have any on hand. Well they charged us extra for that pizza, but gave us the regular and the Pizza was cold. Clearly it wasn't a freshly made Pizza like we had ordered.

We didn't realize it until we got home and it was not worth the drive back to them to exchange the pizza. Not happy and there are other reviews mentioning the same about them switching Pizza's. I suspect they do this on a frequent basis hoping the customer doesn't notice and they make a little extra profit. Someone needs to seriously investigate this location. It makes me question if other Little Caesars locations do the same thing.

Horrible pizza tonight my husband ordered a pizza with extra cheese We waited over 20 minutes . Hubby inside .I was sitting in the car over 15 people came in and out. I finally went inside. The assistant manager hasn't even placed our order and we already paid. When we asked for money back the brought a crappy pizza no extra cheese cold and raw in the center. Then manger called her GM we told him what was going on showed the time stamp of our order and GM offered us the raw dough crappy pizza for free.
