I called the store in the morning and asked an employee if our local Girl Scout troop could come later in the evening and ask some questions while watching the donuts being made (if it wasn't busy of course). I was told this would be completely fine but that it would be a different crew and to just let them know that I talked to Sienna about it in the morning. We got there at 6pm and I spoke with the manager while the girls were watching through the window. There wasn't a single customer in the store and I asked her if they would have a free minute or two to just talk to the girls about working at Krispy Kreme and any little things they'd like to share about making donuts, or even just humor the girls to ask a couple questions.. etc. She seemed really annoyed with me right off the bat, and said "no sorry we're really busy." I looked around the store again and said.. "there's no one here..?" She shook her head and said they were just too busy. As a business that does fundraising for schools/clubs/sports, I found this to be really frustrating that not one of the 7 or 8 employees standing around in the back couldn't take a second to talk to a Girl Scout troop or even give me a legitimate reason why. I wish we had gone to a different location, because it seemed like the workers were all pretty nice, but the manager was really off-putting and dismissive. I spent over $70 on donuts and drinks while we were there. I also noticed a binder up at the front desk that was titled "Visitor Sign-In Sheet", so it appears they have people and small groups come through and probably have some kind of process/protocol for them. But none of that was offered to my troop. Thanks...
Read moreToday was a terrible experience. It was so bad that I felt necessary to post this. I do the surveys for a girl that works in the morning she’s a little cute girl named Kimberly. I go through the drive-through every morning there and I get a milk and a couple donuts. I started doing the surveys to get free dozens. She told me if I did the same days survey I can get a assorted dozen donut. I’m in the drive-through I said I have a free dozen and I have the receipt and the coupon. The boy rings me up for three dozens donuts, and Dosent even ring me at for my milk, and then she gets on and tells me that I have to buy one to get one free and I’ve never done that there I’ve always gave them my receipt and got a dozen and my milk that I purchased. I get to the window and I say you know what this is just too much hassle I just want my money back and you guys can keep the three dozen that I never even asked for. Then they didn’t even scan my phone to get the points. The manager this morning almost threw the money at me because they gave me the wrong amount the first time of money and then she finally gave me the right amount of money back. Because of how they made me feel I don’t think I’ll be...
Read moreVery disappointed. I had ordered ahead to have a dozen donuts delivered to my kids for breakfast as a treat. They have been very sick for over a week and delivery seemed easiest. Unfortunately my order never arrived. After calling the store several times I was finally told that once the food is picked up it's out of their hands. The manager explained that this has happened several times this week and she's frustrated from having to issue so many returns. As a customer who's being told I'm out almost $30, I really don't want to hear you vent about your bad delivery service or the fact that your angry you have to give me a return. The entire situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner. I ended up having to drive down to the store to pick up my stolen order as the manager clearly had no plans to help me. I was not offered a return for the delivery service I did not get. I'm very disappointed and I apologize to any customers that may get sick now. I had hoped to keep my families germs at home today. I would highly recommend not ordering delivery from this location. I won't be returning...
