Service was good. The food as horrible. It had no flavor. It’s like “white washed” Mexican food, so if that’s what you’re into then go right ahead. The cóctel de camarón and the tostada de camarón had zero flavor. The only way to get it to taste like something was adding a bunch of salt and hot sauce. The burrito was pretty bland. The ceviche (I know it says raw) but they served it COMPLETELY RAW. You’re supposed to cook it a little in lemon juice and salt but this one was raw straight out of the package. I cannot believe this restaurant has no reviews, let me just say, if you’re looking for AUTHENTIC Mexican food, THIS IS THE PLACE!! It’s not fancy, it’s a bit on the pricey side, not much English spoken here, but this place is clean, good service, casual, friendly and the food is fantastic, hence the 5 star rating!! Do not look for Americanized Mexican food......NO Guacamole! Lots of fish dishes, very fresh! I had the Fish and Shrimp Ceviche, medium size (huge), excellent! Passed by this joint several times and finally decided to give it a try. I ordered my food and wasn't sure how good fried fish from a to go box could be but it was phenomenal. They packed it perfectly remembered to put the utensils, a side of salsa, a salad packed separately so it wouldn't heat up and some fresh cut limes. The horchata wasn't watered down like in so many other restaurants. If that wasn't enough the staff was super friendly and makes sure your order goes out correctly.
