This new Jack in the Box location is only a few blocks away from us, so we decided to stop in tonight and give it a try.

The restaurant is built on the site of an old gas station, so the lot is smaller than typical locations. However, I actually like the more intimate setting. Every seat has power outlets nearby, and the window seats have both USB-A and USB-C chargers — a nice touch if you need to charge your phone.

The staff was really helpful and welcoming. You can order from the self-service screens or place your order at the counter the traditional way. They even gave my daughter a Jack ball, which instantly won her over.

I had an amazing experience at the newly opened Jack in the Box! 🌟 I stopped by on a Tuesday and ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger, a large Curly Fries, and a Vanilla Iced Coffee — everything was delicious and freshly made. If I could give zero stars I would. I get that this location hasn’t been open more than a couple weeks. But they should have brought in a couple people that already know how the restaurant works. Went through the drive thru and got home just to find that the extras I paid for, weren’t in the bag. I paid for an extra patty and upgraded to waffle fries. Got all the way back to have them fix it and I stupidly trusted that they had fixed it. Got all the way home again (5 min drive at most) and my brand new waffle fries aren’t even warm. Just cold, and barely half a serving. And the new burger they made, still missing a second patty. Wasn’t even the right burger even though they had the receipt IN HAND. Started in on the extra halfsies fries they gave me and you can just tell those fries have just been sitting around. Worked long enough in food service to know fresh food and this is NOT it. Very disappointing and terrible...
