Got a text from the promotional number this morning about some network upgrade being needed that said i needed to change out the sim card. I was a little confused on what was up and the legitimacy of it. Even though this number has been sending me updates since ive had the phone. So I called in to ask about it, the guy answering said he didnt know anything about it, so i asked if we could look at the account for some kind of alert or something, and the dude just hung up on me. Kinda ironic for a cell phone store to just hang up on someone like that. Called back, no answer. Hot my dad to call back and told him that was pretty rude. The second time we went in one of the managers were there and was trying to see why it wasnât working and she had seen he was put on a family plan when it was only suppose to be a single line, and the lady that started up his phone when he bought it put him on a family plan and made her own 4 digit code which was 2020 she didnât put the code he had asked.
