Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Valley City

If you're looking for good pizza at an affordable price, prepared in a location with an enjoyable ambiance, and want the entire experience capped off with excellent service...well, look elsewhere. For while the pizza is indeed good, and the price reasonable, it really doesn't much matter when you order two pizzas with two toppings and end up receiving two plain cheese pizzas instead. And the decor really fails to register as a factor of importance when the dimwitted ninny of a manager refuses to either replace your pizzas, or refund refund your money. And, as I'm sure one can imagine, the situation tends to become a tad exacerbated when the pseudo Alpha Male assistant manager with no chin and less brains, in full (and laughable) white knight mode, butts in on the middle of the conversation - attempting in vain to evince something approximating masculinity - and asks "Is there something wrong with these pizzas?" in the most menacing tone his nascent post-pubescent voice can muster. I literally live 4 minutes away from this store and every time I've ordered it takes over an hour to get here and it's cold. So I stopped ordering from them. Now after a year I decide to give them another chance and I have been waiting 2 1/2 hours and counting!! Are you kidding me?! I've called the number provided twice for them to tell me they need to transfer me to the actual store and both times while I'm waiting on hold the automation announces that there is no one to take my call and hangs up! This store needs to be shut down. I am furious! I have 3 children who have waited so patiently well past their bedtime for what was supposed to be a treat. Now I am going to Mc Donalds so that I can feed them and get them to bed. Super pissed!

Update Driver got to my house 2 hours and 43 minutes after I placed my order. He did not have a way to call the manager as he was new and didn't have her cell phone he informed me that they were very busy and still had a ton of orders to deliver. The pizza was cold! I refused the pizza and requested a refund which he said he can do.

If I could have given less than one star I would. I ordered my food and the wait time said 90 minutes. I signed up for text notifications and when I got the message that my food was out for delivery I was pleasantly surprised. An hour later my food showed up. The driver was just standing like I was inconveniencing him. Dropped my sauce, my wings were smashed in and he had the pizza nearly falling out. When I checked my food, the only thing that was warm was the brownie I ordered. Warm is being nice. I called the store and the manager started by saying my ordered was cancelled because the driver couldn’t get ahold of me. Tried defending themselves before I got to talk. I proceed to explain everything and how I’m not from here and I used a different area code. He stopped talking. Afterwards he finally said he would remake it and have it there in 30. I told him that as long that I got it soon I would be fine. It did not show. I waited and finally called. Stayed on hold until the store closed. Food never showed. Corporate will get a call tomorrow about the absolutely terrible...
