I would give this place negative stars if I could. It's not the minimum wage employees faults I suspect. If corporate had any brains they would come down hard on management here and remove all the people letting this place be so poorly run. They would also do better to remove this franchise owner by force because he is single handedly got to be the biggest idiot ever to do business in the history of the market economy to let his business get this bad. I moved right next to this place a year ago and I've been there a lot, always through drive-thru. There have been numerous times its taken over 20 minutes of idling to get my food and five times in less than a year that they were out of beef. Or the nacho cheese. Really that's like the whole menu. I used to go to this place once a week for a year. Now if I pull up and there is more than one person in the drive through I just go across the street McDonalds. Even if they have two lines out into the street I'll be out 4x faster. This location has lost hundreds just from me alone. The window workers have always been nice at least. It's not their fault. Three months ago the girl on the headset told me at the speaker it would be a 40 minute wait because they only had "one person on the line" ( there were 2 cars infront of me) I told her I couldn't back out of the drive-thru because of the two people behind me. Read moreI started coming to this location, cause I always got great service. Except for today. I used the drive thru as usual. I was having a hard time deciding so I told the guy that and i needed a moment. I ended up deciding to get what I did last time but I couldn't find it. I was trying to find it on my phone. The dude became really impatient with me. Told me there was a line behind me. There was only one car and she had just pulled up and was still deciding herself. He was so incredibly rude. I got confused and order what I didn't even want and now I'm stuck with it. I've wasted money because of this guys lack of patience. Ive been in the fast food buisness for 4 yrs and I've never treated my customers with the lack of patience and rudeness that I just experienced. He was not helpful at all and I hope the lady behind me didn't get treated the same way as well. I'm assuming the female that took over at the window was a manager. Read moreI guess it could be worse but it was still pretty bad. I found out they removed a bunch of favorite menu items while in the Drive-Thru. It was very busy. The line for the drive-thru was around the block but I waited anyway. Once we finally got up to the window our food came fairly quickly. We got it home and it was a sloppy mess. Everything was wet. I'm not sure from what. Several of the tacos weren't wrapped all the way and had spilled all through the bag. We fished out a handful of closed items and tried to salvage the meal. Then we found a hair in one of the soft tacos. Long and dark brown or black. We are all blond. I get it things happen. But I've had horrible luck with this location for nearly a decade. This was my first time back in years. I don't see any reason to go back to that location or Taco Bell in general. They don't offer anything I can't get somewhere else. Except for Baja Blast and I just don't care for it. I really don't think there's anything they can do to make it better. That was forty bucks wasted. Oh well...
