First of all, it is beyond exciting for WVC to have a local business like this. A health & protein focused, delicious shake, bowl, and coffee place! This normally something you’d only find in a place like 9th & 9th.

Don’t let the location fool you, this place is very cozy, clean, and charming. The owner is so kind and friendly, and you can tell how much he cares about your satisfaction. If you need to see a friendly face, stop in here and pull up a chair.

We’ll definitely return to try more but for today we both just had an iced caramel macchiato protein coffee. DELICIOUS! It was exactly what I was craving this morning.

My only pieces of feedback or request would be for the website to show off their incredible menu as well as the menus at the counter. Also, I’d love to see fuller calories and macros (even if it’s mostly estimated amounts) listing similar to PROTEIN FOUNDRY’s website. Such a great place to grab breakfast! We are visiting from out of town and needed a gluten free and dairy free breakfast. Our entire family enjoyed it! Definitely didn’t feel like we were missing out or sacrificing due to our food intolerances. That’s a rare combination! I’m really picky about protein powder tastes and the waffles were amazing.
