This review is a bit late, but well deserved! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed. Looked around downstairs and was not judged, but asked if there was something I was looking for for someone special or as a treat to myself for someone. Great sales pitch! I said I was only looking, being in their store for the first time. No constant patrolling or judgement as the staff member went on with her duties (tattooed girl). Went upstairs and was greeted by the short hair lady who offered her knowledge on products and again was not being eagle eyed throughout my entire visit. Once I was ready for my purchases, the manager of the store greeted me at the register and made sure I was well take care of and offered me various promotions where I saved and combined promos. I wanted to surprise my gf with a new adult toy. I heard about a new Adult Play store opening in West Valley and decided to go in and check it out. When I arrived, I was immediately impressed with how big, bright and clean the outside was. It's a great location with plenty of parking. When I entered the building I was immediately greeted by their staff and they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. One of the staff members named Kylee H, went above and beyond to help me find that perfect gift for my gf. She was sweet, knowledgeable, very funny , but kept it professional while helping me decide on that perfect new gift that my girlfriend absolutely loved!!
