If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $44 for cold mediocre food. My daughter’s rice and beans were dry and my chile relleno burrito had no relleno but a sliver and no cheese. I received guacamole and onion in a tortilla. I have tried calling and get no answer! To top it off they charge for sauce so when the worker realized we asked for only green he demanded the red sauce back even though it left the window (by the way is against health code) and gave me 4 sauces for 5 meals. I’ll be contacting the health department first thing in the morning. Whoever manages this store is cheap and clearly doesn’t care about providing great service to his paying customers.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered several items, one of them being a Torta de chorizo, got home to sit and eat and this torta is mostly eggs and a few scattered pieces of chorizo that looks more gray then red. Before ordering my torta I asked what was in the Torta de Chorizo and was told, chorizo, lettuce and guacamole, never did they mentioned eggs, so checked the only menu and again nothing listing eggs. I tried calling the restaurant and nobody is picking up. I am going to throw this away as it does not look appetizing with gray looking chorizo. What a waste of money and dissapointment!

Ordered a kids meal for the 2nd time now and the portion was so tiny my toddler was even still hungry after eating it all. They also forgot the salt in the beans. They were pretty tasteless. Come here during the day instead of night and the food+ servings are so much better.

This location is my favorite, even though I have a location practically next door to me. Why? Because I absolutely adore the employees! I always try to remember to bring cash to tip them, which since the pandemic hasn't been as easy. And sometimes, I just plain forget since I deal mostly in debit and app/electronic transactions 99.9% of the time, now. But they DEFINITELY deserve a tip for their hard work, dedication, amazing food, incredible customer service, and they always have a genuine smile for the majority of my visits! Only issue I've run into was with a woman who didn't give me any hot sauce, red OR green, when I asked for extra green. When I felt the bag and asked if they were in there, she said; "Oh yeah, I gave you extra green. They're in there." So I just left and was sad when I got home. I had even tipped her.

I'm disabled, so even without the pandemic, I go through the drive-thru, I've never been inside. So I can't comment to the inside atmosphere, but I bet they're fun to be around while you sit and eat, if inside dining is open again. They're also super accommodating to my quirks! We LOVE pico de gallo, so we always purchase a half pint, but the big thing is asking for an obscene amount of salsa verde! Love it so much! If they bottled it? I'd buy it!

But on nights like tonight, the gentleman who took my order and was at the window was super chill, so nice, and laughed with me! I live for food service people like him! He...

This is mostly a reply to the review below mine. Alex had come to the restaurant through the drive thru made an order and an hour later called claiming that he had found bugs in “all of his food”. We have had so many people who have told us things like this, not necessarily bugs but complaints and them demanding their money back, we are always willing to help in situations such as this, all we ask is for the food in return or at least some sort of proof. When alex had called we asked for the food to which he replied that he no longer had the food, all we asked was for a picture at that point, for us to come to some sort of solution. No picture or any kind of proof was provided. Alex had claimed that he would be coming in the following day to get back all his money and warned us that if we didn’t give him back his full amount, he would be calling the health department. We suggested him to call the owner as we weren’t getting anywhere with him during this time. No false number was given, my assumption is he didn’t write down the number down correctly as he only asked for it once. The health department had arrived and they did assure us that they received a call about bugs, and let us know that they would in fact shut down the restaurant if they found even ONE bug. We have yet to close and no bugs were found. As for Alex he has...

Betos is one of those little drive thru Mexican restaurants... but I tell you it's a diamond in the rough! Especially if you like breakfast burritos! My fave is the ham, egg ,and cheese (and potato). They t a ke this thin, tasty, chewy fresh made tortilla that is HUGE and stuff it full of all the breakfast yumminess you could ask for then wrap it up and even if you've got a ways to go... itll still be hot when you reach where you're gonna feast at (thank you heat retaining spuds! Now onto the sauce... ohhhh the sauce! I prefer the red sauce it is so mouth searingly flavorful that each bite-while quite hot, is not manageable and it really blends with the burrito perfectly! The green sauce is quite milder its ALL about the flavor so... if you don't like hotter things stay with green one other thing to note they recently switched to doing their sauce in these (I believe) in store made pouches. The pouches hold sooooo much more than the little lidded cups that you never really got enuff sauce... and that was if the lid didn't pop off en route to home or wherever you chose to eat. HUGE thumbs up for the new pouches! Betos has tacos, burritos, sammiches, platters, seafood, beef, chicken, pork, Carne asada and their rice and beans.... drool they even have desserts! But like I said I'm usually getting the breakfast burrito...
