Subway — Restaurant in West View

Service was fast and the workers are even better. This location also validates the coupons you get in the mail. I only bring that up because I went to the Subway on McKnight Road right by the Big Lots and they said I could use my coupon BUT not for chicken or steak. The coupon doesn't say that and Yes I know all subway dont have to take the coupons at all but if they say yes they will take the coupons then you have to hold up to what the coupons says. BUT this Subway held up to what the coupons say. This is now my go to subway and my family and I eat a lot of subway. I was so upset that what happened at the other subway I ended up paying the same as without the coupons at this subway because the difference in price that I would have paid without the coupons I gave as a tip. I stopped going to Subway a few years ago because of quality was terrible. A couple of years ago I moved and was very close to this location in Westview plaza. I don't know if it is just this location or all subways have stepped up their game but I have never gotten a bad meal at this place! Everything is fresh and it fills me up. The best part is I order through the app and they always have at least buy one get a second for 50% off and run a buy one get one free promotion very frequently. It's 7:30pm and you close at 10pm. The cutting boards have been pulled, dinning room taken apart to be cleaned and food pulled. It's nice to know you're a clean establishment but it's offputting that it's not being worked on all of the staff is behind the counter chatting. The employees mumble and when I ordered my sandwich I was told that it was a $2 upcharge for the new garlic cheesy bread. Very disappointing. However paying the extra $2 my ham and cheese can no longer be ham and cheese without ANOTHER upcharge!
