Sept.-02-2021 stopped at the drive thru to get a sandwich and ordered a prime rib cheese steak ,fries and a soda and a SW chicken Wrap. Did not stop to eat the sandwich until I got to my appointment. after taking two bites i noticed that the peppers were very good but i asked myself WHERE'S THE BEEF!!! This sandwich had NO MEAT. What i did have was good, fresh bun/roll and tasty peppers, not too filling. My wife said the chicken wrap was very good. We eat their often but will pass by and visit the Arby's in Beckley for a while. It just seemed as though the staff was new and not focused on quality customer service. order Id aacs8kbgaga9 DT365 1;43;27 pm order total $18.00 Restaurant #8513 684 Ritter Dr...
Read moreWent through the drive thru and I ordered the new cheesesteak sandwich with curly fries and a coke. Also got a 8 piece of the jalapeno bites. Once I received the food I was given a mashed up ball of half cooked jalapeno bites that were still frozen in the center. Read moreFor a gas station Arby's, this one was pretty good. The service was good, the food was fast, and all the sauces were available, which is saying something for Arby's.

There's a bar-type seating arrangement in front of the counter area which looks like at one time they might have encouraged customers bring laptops or tablets, and there's a couple of outlets there, too; but look closer, and you'll notice those outlets have been sealed off with RTV. Then you look around, and there's an outlet at table height at every table, also seemingly to invite laptops and tablets, but those too are sealed closed with RTV.
Seems an odd choice to design it with one obvious intention, then disable that intention purposefully. It almost seems like they don't want you to stick around, like an...
