Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in West Virginia

We got fussed at because they had to replace food my wife told the Man on the intercom it was a remake I had called and spoke with Melissa and she said they would replace the Hot dogs that were just barley warm and the buns were dry when we drove through the drive thru my wife Carolyn told the man to add a grilled Cheese to that order and she would pay for it and her brother was with us so he also ordered a grilled cheese she told him the Hot dogs was a remake and quote he said a remake ok so the girl at the drive thru window tried to charge us for the Hot dogs and grilled cheese and wanted another $9.00 for my Brother inlaws grilled cheese my wife tried to tell her about the remake on the Hot dogs and that she was over charging us and she went off and jerked all over and went Bach through the back swinging her arms and pointing at the manager and the manager came to the window and argued with us like it was our fault. and after about 10 minutes or more she finally gave us back part of our money and the girl that waited on us stood back there talking about us like we did something wrong when the problem was the Hot dogs was not hot to begin with but they acted as if it was our fault just remember we are not the ones doing...

I was at dairy queen in fairlea wv on 5/13/2014 , with my family we asked for 3 smoothies and was charged for 4, we told the cashier a mistake was made, she got the manager and the manager asked what was wrong, we told her we were charged for too many smoothies and that one was supposed to be .99. she proceeded to scream at us that the receipt was right and that's what we ordered she then refused to correct our order, telling the cashier honey you were right. we asked for the money to be returned to the card as we paid with credit, the manager said they give cash back, she yanked open the register threw the change at us and told us we needed to leave the store and not to return then said just get out of my store, as we were walking out she again screamed you rude people better not return. my aunt turned back and asked her what her problem was, the manager turned around screamed like a mad women, The hell, they better not be coming back in here! I am disgusted with this manager's behavior and since this is the only Dq in fairlea wv I will not be returning. This manager has no business working...

The young lady who waited on us did not get the order correct. This is the second time I've been there that she has gotten the order wrong. It's like she doesn't even listen to what you say, she just types stuff into the computer. She also constantly touches her hair which is gross when you're working around food. The hot dogs were good but the blizzard was horrible. I asked for a turtle pecan cluster blizzard with extra pecans. What I got was Vanilla Ice Cream with teeny tiny, itty bitty, gritty, little pulverized pecans. It's like the pecans had been run over 50 times by a car until there was nothing left of them. Anywhere I've ever gotten this, it comes in chocolate ice cream and there are whole pecans in it. I guess you're trying to save money by pulverizing the pecans into nothingness. They didn't turn my blizzard upside down either and it was runny and would have fallen out of the cup. The sign on the wall says you promise to turn the blizzard...
