The last several times that we have gone here to purchase a regular cheese pizza and also the thin and crispy cheese and pepperoni, the service has been so incredibly slow. We have had company coming in and visiting and friends coming over and purchased so many thin and crispy cheese and pepperoni pizzas over the past month-and-a-half and every single time the crust and the cheese that attaches to the crust is black and charred. In regards to going on the most recent pick up it was a regular cheese pizza and I waited at the window and was asked what I ordered and let them know I ordered a regular cheese pizza with a garlic dipping sauce and I made my payment. We waited in the line for about 10 minutes and I let my child know that I suspect maybe they're doing a shift change and then a gentleman came to the service window and asked me to pull over to the right hand side parking and they would bring our cheese pizza out to me and gave me our garlic dipping sauce. I pulled over and I know the approximate time that we arrived because it was after a doctor appointment and at this point it was 38 minutes later. I was looking at the line building up and I also noticed that the vehicle behind us was still at the cashier window and they ended up leaving and driving away and the vehicle behind them I saw the pizza being put into their vehicle and they drove away and at this point I was beyond patient waiting for 1, one, most simple basic cheese pizza that was it for 38 minutes. I got out of the car and went inside and there were several people that were waiting in there as well and there were only two employees. I can honestly say that regardless of how inappropriate the wait time was for a $5 hot and ready to go cheese pizza was, I actually felt really bad watching the two gentlemen employees communicating verbally back and forth on what the one person needs to make and then watching the other person doing all of these pizzas all by himself. So in regards to the last visit it was a nightmare because nobody should have to wait 40 minutes for a cheese pizza and on the other hand the specific location needs to really buckle down with their thin and crispy pizzas because with as many as we have purchased were they are always entering our car and opened up to be seen with black Harden cheese crust around them to be made right. I have let every employee know when we've gone through the drive-thru that this has happened to us the experience before and we were assured that it would not happen again and then every single time we open the box when it gets in the car, the thin and crispy cheese and pepperoni has black crust and black hardened cheese attached to the outer corner and then show them. I'm told that if I pull around to the right hand side parking they would make me another one well whenever we know that guests are coming or friends are going to be at a certain location I don't have time to wait on the right hand side every single time for them to remake thin and crispy cheese and pepperoni pizzas again it's not a specialty order. That is one fact that is certain where we would every time over the past month-and-a-half go to this restaurant when ordering that pizza it has been opened in the vehicle and every one of them is burned. That is not okay especially considering that they do cost more in price and we are not even getting the full pizza because we end up cutting all of the burnt parts off. Again, I know what a franchisee owner deals with in a fast-food industry retaining good quality and ethical workers and I truly feel that the two gentlemen that were working this past week we're just that, however you cannot put two employees in a super high volume fast pizza drive-thru restaurant. It's not possible for two people to keep up with the amount of customers that we're pulling through and it's not right to the two gentleman employees that were working this week where I witnessed them appearing to be as calm as they could be and to keep communicating verbally back and forth. That's rare & more employees NEED...
ย ย ย Read moreIt was either just a bad Friday night for them or they were totally unprepared. By the way Tama after placing the order waited in line in additional 25 minutes. Once I got up to the window, the cashier took my money and then to ask me if I'd pull up because my pizzas weren't going to be ready for another 15 minutes. The parking lot was completely full and people were parking stupidly, which is beside the point, but there was no place for me to go to. Once I told the gentleman I wasn't moving, he said okay and he went back to the cooking area and in about 2 minutes two pizzas were brought to me. Got home oh, they were both undercooked and one wasn't the correct Pizza. If I have to wait that long to get an order I expect it to at least be the correct order and for the food be done. Very unsatisfied with this trip to Little...
ย ย ย Read moreI enjoy some Little Caesars here and there. Several times this past year I have gotten a classic Pepperoni Pizza and even the the Crazy Puffs once from this location. Sometimes the pizzas were the Little Caesars quality that made me love it's pizza, but most of the time they were a little lack luster. The pizza was lacking on sauce, and had those tiny burn spots in the cheese. I understand the cheese on a pizza can get that, but out of the top quality Little Caesars pizzas I've had in my life, they don't have a bunch of burnt cheese spots. Of course there was nothing wrong with the taste of those pizzas except that I was barely tasting any sauce. It seemed to me like the pizza was thrown together in a hurry before they cooked it. I know when I got the Crazy Puffs they...
