So I called on Monday to have pizza delivered to Berkeley Springs High School. I asked for it to be dropped off at the back of the building with a teachers name provided. It was dropped off at the front office with no name. The pizza sat there for around twenty minutes before they could figure out where it went. I ordered five big Daddy’s as well as five liters of soda and gave a very good tip. The school secretary told me that driver stated that the pizza needed to be paid for when in fact I had prepaid with a credit card two days earlier. When I called Fox’s pizza back she said that the delivery driver had just gotten back so the pizza should be fine. Well considering you dropped it off to the wrong location and didn’t even give a name where it was going so it sat there until they could figure it out. I love to support local business. But this is absolutely uncalled for. When the order was placed and paid for on Monday I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. I called and asked to speak to the General Manager. I was told she was out for the day but would be give me a call tomorrow. The lady I spoke to made no attempt to resolve the issue or even replace the order. It is completely embarrassing to order food for staff and kids to arrive in such a fashion. I will update the situation when the General Manager calls me back. Hopefully I can get some resolve before reaching out to the owner. Update Danielle the GM called me on 2-14-20. The whole order is being replaced and redelivered next week. I appreciate her professionalism and will definitely continue to order through them. My one star...
Read moreI went there for pizza and i got a pizza with pizza on it. It was a pizza!
.. update review...: I had only ever gotten their pizza, which is hit or miss; sometimes its incredible, other times its just edible. But today I got a "wedgie" or w/e for the first time... let me just tell you, you NEED to get one; yes, it could've been hotter, but my word, it was good. and a "small" is more than enough for one person. Maybe it's just me, but I really liked it. And they did NOT skimp on the meat and cheese in it. My only complaint about Fox's is that if they get "busy" they will put you on hold... forever.. then forget about you and hang up, or just not answer at all.. or place you on hold, then when you call back, then they don't answer. I have had this happen more than once; and ended up just getting food somewhere else. The other complaint is one girl at the front has absolutely no people skills at all, not that she was rude, its just like she did not care whether or not you or anyone else on the planet, including herself, existed at all. No smile, no thank you or your welcome or anything.. And I understand ppl have bad days, but she's been that way everytime I have seen her in there. Which still, it's fine, but If everyone in there was that way I...
Read moreSpent around $54 bucks on a large meat lovers pizza, a small personal pizza with sausage and onion, and 12 wings.
The large meat lovers pizza was undercooked and half raw. The toppings were school cafeteria quality. We ate was was edible and tossed the rest, ate maybe three slices. The small personal pizza was at least cooked correctly again with the same really lousy sausage crumbs, and it had giant sections of raw red onions. My wife couldn’t eat more than half a slice. Ok the wings? They were overcooked, dry and lousy in general. I have no idea how this place is still open. We live across the street and will NEVER go back. Utterly embarrassed for them.
WOW. Nice response. Your pizza is terrible. Maybe get a new contract. When people that live across the street won’t eat your food you have a problem. I am not a picky eater at all but this was some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Staff was also rude. Y’all must be killing it and I’m just a troll right? Yeah your reviews suggest y’all are the problem and that tone deaf response proves it. You’re actually going to recalibrate your ovens? Yeah...
