07/31/2025 at 10:20pm - 11:01 pm First off, why do you have 2 drive thru lanes if you can’t take turns getting people. We waited in the first lane and they got 3 people on the other lane and never answered us. So we pulled around and told them we just had a mobile order we needed. The lady apologized and pulled us up to spot 1 and said they’d bring it out. 10 minutes later we called in and said to make sure they bring out the drink, they go “Oh, sorry we don’t have the sweet tea but we’ll bring the food out soon, is there any other drink you want?” So… why not tell us you don’t have the sweet tea instead of making us wait 10 minutes and leave us hanging. So we go in after 10 more minutes and I recorded incase something happened. The manager finally noticed us and said hey, the guy who answered the phone and said he was gonna bring our stuff out finally came up and said “oh hey I was just going to bring this out to you guys!” And we told the manager what happened and asked if the mcchickens were in there. The guy(not the manager), and I quote said “I lost your mcchickens, I’m not gonna lie” what…???? The manager chimes in and goes “we gave you 20 chicken nuggets instead”. So instead of offering to remake our mcchickens, you just gave us something we might not even want or like… We said no we just want the mcchickens and then they finally offered to remake them. We asked if we had our kids meal and the guy said he lost that too!!! What the actual heck. So he finally pulled a kids meal out of no where and the fries were cold. I just didn’t care at that point and just wanted everything we ordered. They finally gave us our stuff but we were there at that McDonald’s just for some items for 40+ minutes. This is ridiculous. Also they claim they aren’t hiring and have no interview times available but are this short staffed during...

Went in this morning for Breakfast.waited in line for over 5 minutes. It was 10:20 when I was placing my order. Ordered my Wife's stuff no problem. Wanted to order a bacon egg cheese biscuit. The guy at the register said there are no more biscuits. Then he says we have biscuits they are just not making anymore because it is almost lunch. I said but we still have 10 minutes until lunch so can I speak to the manager. He went to the manager and said something. The Manager yelled out that it is what it is. So I said we still have 10 minutes for breakfast. The Manager said we are completely out of biscuits so deal with it. I said the person at the register told me that you have a bunch of biscuits so that iscwhat I want. I told the manager I was going to report him. He said Good and I don't care cause I already put my 2 weeks notice in. I said well if you are going to be here and just be a A hole for the next two weeks then maybe you should leave now. He responded with a Loud F-U. Then a lady manager walks over after all this drama in front of several customers and says here you go and hands me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I said I thought you didn't have anymore biscuits. She said I got this for you. I said well then can I get my hashbrown that I wanted as well. The nasty manager said you alreay got one and you get nothing else. I said That is my wife's hashbrown I need mine. He walked off and shouted out don't give him anything. Another worker walks by I said can I get my hashbrown. He said guy up front keeps asking for a hashbrown. The male manager I have a major problem with puts a hashbrown in a back. Throws it at me and says here all nasty.. one of the worst experiences ever at...

Tried the new blt double quarter pounder and it was great. Cooked all the way through. Bacon was crispy. Everything great once remade. Here's some context: Our closer location (apple harvest drive) was too packed and we decided to go to this one.

We got a mobile order and went through the drive thru. Now we were handed the wrong food but the right drink and mcflurry. But we forgot the holiday pies so I went in. As I walked in a lady was outside cursing someones name but i was in a hurry so I went in. Same lady came in....and was cursing out every employee up front helping her saying that they come in every day (including curse words) etc etc....

Guy I saw outside before I came in...was finally able to come up to me and help get me sorted. I had been waiting to get my correct order done for a good 5 minutes or longer......This girl took up everyone's time and resources on her because she wanted to have a temper tantrum 😭 and just for effect she slammed the burger and box it was in down on the counter and rudely asked for her order to be remade. The nice girl trying to help her didn't deserve that. Thankfully she had me to deal with next.

So for my experience (and not for having to wait for this a hole to leave. I'm giving them 5 stars. Be nice to your fast food workers as angry black man on YouTube once said.

Tip for you lady, if you want to throw a fit. Make sure I'm not standing behind you :) Maybe find a new...
