Well I keep trying to patronize our local McDonald's in Beaver, seems as though my goals are too high since every visit I find myself waiting for coffee...no difference tonight but we threw em for a twister we added a plain quater-pounder with cheese not saying that our order wasn't right because it WAS but the word FAST should be taken from the thought of ordering out from what many would say is a "FAST FOOD" joint! Maybe I'm being too judgmental but this wasn't the first time nor the fourth or fifth time I should learn my "LESSION" but I try REALLY HARD give the benefit of doubt yeah I understand that some orders get complicated but I've been asked to pull forward for a cup of coffee what's the deal? Tonight the people in front of us sat their for 10-15 minutes so then I roll forward to get my FRESH HOT MEAL right well your wrong fries were heated slightly without salt guess they thought I was SOUR enough an I probably wouldn't even notice...i did and I don't appreciate the workers taking my bad luck for advantage I also have worked in "FAST food" too and you can bet I walked it out or made up for the long wait with my appolgy even though not every instance runs smooth there is a way but the employees need to be mindful of what's GOING ON AND WHERE THEY WORK AT.

I’ve been over charged them refused a product by one manager Alicia then was cussed at by Patty for simply asking for my drink to be done in the back because they do not clean the lobby drink machine she proceeded to tell me “it’s the same damn hose in the lobby or the front! Then last week my delivery was short 5 hashrounds $15 I let it go an jus said forget it today I get my order again short 5 hashrounds this time I say something an the manager KIM laughed at me told me it’s not her problem call DoorDash. Read moreMost people would say that if you've eaten at any McDonald's then you've pretty much eaten at all of them because they're all the same, well they're not. Even though the menu, and the standards set by the corporate office are supposed to cover every franchise, I'm here to tell you that no two stores will do everything exactly the same and if you've ever eaten food from more than one McDonald's on your lifetime you also know this to be a fact. The reason for the discrepancy is nothing less than the quality of the employees who make the food and clean the facilities and take your order, the quality of the guy that puts your big mac together is a direct result of the thoroughness of management to train the employee and to not only tell the employee what to do but explain to him why it's important to do things the way we do.
