After buying over $3000.00 worth of furniture and a 5 year warranty on all, my wife had the misfortune of having to use the warranty. When we check on it everything had to be done by mail, forms, pictures, all communications. After 6 weeks, we got a standard form back denied all claims. I called Grand Home Furnishings and talked to Donald. The first thing he said was that they had all kinds of problems and complaints against the warranty company they sold me so they changed company's. He told me he would have a company or crew come to our home and take care of the problems, at this point, I cannot remember when as it was over two months ago. As I never heard from him I waited until after Thanksgiving sales rush out of courtesy to call again. I called the morning of December 4, 2018, talked to the lady who always answers the phone, and told her who I was, purpose of the call. She said she remembered me and said that Donald was out of the store until Friday and that she would email him with my phone number and he would contact me by Friday. .That would have been December 7, 2018. Today is December 14, 2018 an still no call. As a disabled veteran, I learned 18 months ago to always use a auto record system on a cell phone so conversations can not be disputed. Its called CYOA. I've recommended Grand Home Furnishings to family and friends, but now I have to forward my review to over to 1000 members of my VA....
