Aloha Pizza — Restaurant in West Warwick

I usually have no problem, I love ordering online, its easy and their rewards program actually gives you free meals. Today im really disappointed however, their quality in food has been going down for a while and today was the worst. Neverminded the fact that my online order "never went through" and my food was 5 hours late; I got a tuna grinder and asked for no tomatoes and to add green peppers - i got tomato and like 2 slices of green pepper. I also got a not-nice surprise when I found myself eating a bacon bit that apparently got mixed in, I was also shocked to find diced onion accidentally mixed in as well. Thank god I dont have any allergies because there is clearly a lot of cross contamination happening. The grinder roll was not toasted and was so soft and stale that the sandwich fell apart the second I opened the package and the mini cannoli's had 5 total chocolate chips in them... very disappointed today and wont be ordering from here again...

Awesome place! Great servers, food and drinks! The owner is always around and there to talk and help to make sure you have an amazing time! If you like to sing and dance there is Karaoke every Wednesday, friday, and Saturday 9pm-1am and its a great time! Drink specials are amazing....some of the best in town! The food is great, I would suggest it all! The owners are amazing people and will do anything to make sure you are happy and comfortable! I would definitely suggest going there if your in town and looking for a fun place to go and relax and eat and drink and maybe watch the game on the big giant projection TV or to dance and sing! Its very family oriented all ages are welcome in there atleast until the kitchen is closed on karaoke nights :) it truly is a great place and definitely alot calmer than a lot of the other bars in the area! I know they have regulars that will give them good comments. Here is the break down from a person that has 26 years experience in many pizza restaurants all up and down east coast and im a master pizza artisan and can prove it anytime. 1.) Need a good cleaning 2.) Staff is low end they way that represent the place 3.) Quality not so good just and average mom and pop place that seems to be comfortable with what they make seems to me they dont take alot of pride anymore but that can come with the age of the owners getting old and dont really want to do much with the place. 4.) A good fish and chip shouldn't be served 7 days a week in a pizza restaurant it mean fish will sit in store days after they order it i had fish and chip on a Tuesday and it was one of the worst iv had 5.) Pizza isnt that bad out of 10 its a 5/5.5 there pizza is much better than these Lebanese places 6.) Over all its not horrible needs good...
