Appliance Master is a top notch company and offers customer service and expertise that is otherwise hard to find these days. They were recommended to me by a mutual contact about 5 years ago when I was having an issue with my refrigerator which another company was unable to resolve. Randy (the owner) was on time, diagnosed the issue and after the parts came in, was able to fix the "unfixable" without a problem! About a year later, the hot water was not filling in my washing machine and I attempted to troubleshoot, but could not fix on my own. I called Appliance Master, spoke with Pam who was extremely polite, professional and kind. An appt was scheduled for the same day and once again Randy was able to diagnose the issue quickly and replaced the hot water solenoid valve. Recently I had an issue with my dishwasher and Randy was very honest and advised me it was a bad control panel, which would be a costly repair. He recommended I purchase a new unit, as the cost would not be worth fixing, in his opinion. Most companies would not have thought twice about pushing me in the other direction and going forward with the costly repair, but not Appliance Master! This is what impressed me most. Read moreGreat experience with Randy from Appliance Masters. I made an appointment online Monday night as it was after hours for that Thursday. Earlier appointments were available but I had work conflicts so this was the first appointment that worked for my schedule. I received a call the next morning to confirm my 3 hour window of 11-2. Received a text on Thursday at 11:15 that Randy was en route, he arrived about 10 minutes later. He diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me a quote. He didn’t have the part he needed on hand but ordered the part and put me on the schedule for Monday. That was the weekend of the hurricane so we had to reschedule for Tuesday. I received my en route text on Tuesday, he arrived shortly after and fixed my fridge quickly.
Loved the convenience of booking online and the text updates and reminders. He took a credit card on the spot so no calling the main office to give the number over the phone. He took care to wipe his feet before coming in the house. Read moreI placed a service call on Tuesday 11/6 about 9:30am. Call was answered promptly and an appointment was scheduled for Wednesday 11/7 for a 12-3 service call. What a shock to be scheduled the next day! Received call on Wednesday 11/7 at 11:07 am. Randy (Technician) was ahead of schedule and could arrive earlier than expected if I'd like. Randy was very polite. I explained that oven didn't light. He hooked up meter to the ignitor and found it faulty (even though it was glowing). He found part on truck. Quoted me install price.
