While normally we have a great experience here, today definitely left a bad impression, and if we were first time customers, we wouldnât be coming back. It was 7:40~Pm, lights were still on, we knew it was later but we knew our orders. We walked up, and before we even got to say anything, were brusquely told âweâre closedâ and the employee walked back into the back. They close at 8pm, and while I know (from working retail) there is cleanup, drawer counting, etc to do at the end of the day, I still felt 20 minutes before closing time is a bit much.
