The beer is good. They have no waiters/waitresses. You have to go up and get what you want for drinks and food. The self serve water station was not intuitive and needed directions from the staff. They don’t have straws, so young ones that need them, bring your own. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate no straws, but for little ones, it’s a necessity so they don’t spill. What’s the point in having tips for the cups if you have no straws? The food took almost an hour and a half to get. We ordered 2 ramen bowls, guacamole and chips, and two kids meals (chicken fingers and burger). The chicken fingers came out ok, the burger looked like the last bun in the bag and was falling apart so it was difficult for a 5 year old to eat. The ramen - omg - I could have gone to the grocery store, bought .15 cent packages and been better satisfied. I only had 4 small pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of broccoli minus any jalapeños - FOR $12 FREAKING DOLLARS??? Are you kidding me? And I had to wait an hour for? They should close the kitchen and...

We showed up at 5:00pm on a Sunday and sat outside. The waiter (who was a total sweetheart) came to take our drink order and informed us that it was about a 20-30 minute wait for food. We started our order, but then were informed that they were out of a lot of a lot of menu items due to how “busy” they were. It took another 15 minutes to get an updated menu. When the waiter came back after 10 minutes (30 minutes after us sitting down), he informed us that the kitchen was closing for a while due to how backed up they were and that it was now a 90 minute wait for food. There was approximately 20-30 people total seated at this establishment. They have great beer and we always try to support local businesses, but they obviously have no idea how to run a restaurant. The same waiter had to deliver this news to other tables as well. Watching a bunch of disappointed customers walk out on Father’s Day is a clear sign of how poorly run this place is. Save yourself the heart burn and visit one of the dozens of better alternatives...

The good - the atmosphere, the beer, the people.

If you like sitting in a warehouse (which to be clear - we liked the atmosphere!) with, well, food then this is your spot - there is plenty of space; no reservation needed!

As far as food: it wasn’t memorable or a driver to want to return, it was just food with small portions for the price. Beware, the taco shells were hard as rubber and the Cole slaw seemed to be prepared by a home economics class. The kids chicken fingers were a safe pick. The fries rocked!!

If you go, order definitely grab a beer - they're good. So odd that you pay using what I would describe as it felt like using the server’s phone - while they stood there. Simply put, there are so many alternative places in area with amazing food at the same prices we doubt we will return for a meal - but definitely for the beers (and fries).

Maybe we were so excited to get out again as a family in a safe, open environment and our expectations were too high...

I have to say, Stolen Sun has become a culinary haven for me. Since my first visit, I've been absolutely hooked on their Wings, Hot Chicken Sandwich, and the standout New Exton IPA. Each dish is meticulously crafted and loaded with flavors that keep you coming back for more. The IPA pairs seamlessly with the menu, offering a balance that elevates the whole dining experience. It's not just about the food; it's about the commitment to quality that is palpable in every bite and sip. The Hot Chicken Sandwich is a revelation, perfectly spiced and juicily tender. The Wings are equally impressive, a testament to the culinary skills in the kitchen. And don't get me started on the New Exton IPA—it's the kind of brew that makes you wonder why you ever settled for anything less. In an era where quick and easy often trumps quality, Stolen Sun is a refreshing exception. Cheers!

Owner & Brewmaster Jonathon crafts great beer! Try the New Exton IPA, Corporste Monkey Belgian Tripel . Or my personal fave - Jumpy Jon's Java Stout... The chef offers up a great bar menu - chicken, burgers, steaks, ramen & daily specials.(Try the corn cakes appetizer, trust me it is awesome). Lots of big screen TV's, Outdoor Beer Garden. Live entertainment,- look on fb for their event calendar. Just GO!! Oops, I almost forgot about the fantastic coffee. Open at 7am to get your morning started right. Fresh roasted & brewed. Served in a huge ceramic mug, with fresh pastries. A little hard to find, but well worth the effort! (Just off of Route 100 in the same building as the fitness center/Martial Arts)
