Two couples were being helped when we arrived. Jeff R helped us while helping other couple. Started out nicely but became more disjointed as it went on. We moved from bed to bed, with quick info about each, then he returned to other couple. Any of our questions were answered in a summarized/quick manner. We wanted to wait a day to think it over. He encouraged us to buy on the spot several times. He then proceeded to get us pre-approved for promotional financing. He said it was just preapproval, nothing else. We insisted on talking about it at home, and left feeling confused and uneasy. Jeff promised to call us at 1:00 pm the next day to see what we decided. No call that day or next. We bought a different bed (not Sleep Number) from different store, after 48 hours had passed. Lo and behold, yesterday, we received the sleep Number credit card we didnt WANT, since we didn’t buy anything from Sleep Number. I cancelled account immediately. Sleep Number looks like a nice bed. However, I can’t fathom spending that much money without feeling comfortable and adequately informed about what I’m buying. . Read moreI have had my Sleep Number bed for 5 years. I recently added an adjustable base to the same bed. I have now taken my bed to a new amazing level! I have back, hip and nerve issues and the adjustable base gives me so many more comfort sleeping options. I also have to compliment the staff at the Exton Store. Read moreSimply put, the worst consumer experience of my life. We have found the product extremely overrated, and the customer service from the brand is atrocious, unethical in my view. They have all kinds of systems in place to make exchange/refund nearly impossible (and costly), and the salesperson in the store did not make clear how exchanges/refunds might work. You can exchange/return one component, but not the rest, so you're stuck with what you get, unless you want to lose a lot of money.
