Yesterday my partner and I went through the drive thru and ordered one iced coffee. When we got to the window I noticed she had a hot coffee in her hand so we let her know that we actually asked for an iced coffee-which isn’t a big deal, I wasn’t angry about it I was just letting her know. Well she immediately looked extremely pissed and angrily told us that she repeated the order back to us at the drive thru speaker and we didn’t correct her. Now here’s the thing, when you’re talking through a speaker while having a heavy accent, I may not fully catch what you said, and I don’t understand how you can be mad at me for something like that? it was 6pm there was nobody there except us. She made the situation tense for one little thing. And then when she went to hand my husband his change back, she tried making him reach all the way out the window to try and grab it, then he was like “come on dude really?” And she threw the money in his hand. I have no idea what this woman is so angry about but she should probably not be working the drive thru window. I work in customer service too and no matter what kind of day I’m having I can’t snap at...
Read moreI was double charged for a coffee on the 23rd. When I explained to the employee, he said he would look into it. A few days later I came back and asked him if he looked into it. He said, no. And went on telling me I wasn't double charged. I went onto my online account to show him for the second time, and he brushed me off. I've been going there for years, since my work is right around the corner. They didn't offer me any reinbursement or coffee. I'm not one to go crazy over $2.15 but I will say that they lost me as a customer because of it. Since I'm here as an complaintant, I may as well add the fact that they have a big tip cup at the drive thru window that you can't miss. It will stare a guilty whole right through you. I find myself giving them my change every once in awhile. As if tipping for a cup of coffee is normal. The people at wawa do more work making your sandwiches and I don't see them...
Read moreMy friend like this place. I could leave it alone. The coffee is never hot enough to get a chance to taste it. I have never seen them change the donuts. This is in Somerville NJ. Somerset County one of the best towns in the area and you must get a token to use the bathroom which has the men's urinal within arm reach from the toilet. Cleaning is a little know hobby. Bringing in a prime spot. By the Court House and now only 15 steps from the new place let you know why 5 people are interested in being here. Too bad when they open it was packed even with Starbucks just 4...
