Pho Co. Variety — Restaurant in Westbrook

First off, I want to say that the employee that made my order radiated such an effortlessly positive and professional attitude. Unknown to them, I’d been having a not so great day, and it’s not considered much in customer service that it takes just one genuinely friendly person to make you feel just a bit better than before you walked into their business. I appreciate this as I know that it’s hard to maintain a consistent positive attitude during a shift, and it was nearly evening. I ordered spring rolls as a pick me up and they basically read my mind, right down to the extra peanut sauce and tofu filling. They took my order and jumped from the register to the line. I sat at the window facing bar and listened to my tofu fry. Maybe it was dwindling down for the day, since I was the only one there, but I’d only ever seen it busy. I sipped my aloe juice and contemplated grabbing a beer from the cooler for later. What a cool...

This is my favorite pho in Southern Maine yet! I’ve tried a lot of places and this is by far my favorite. I got the pho ga and the broth was flavorful and aromatic without being heavy or too sweet/salty. I got takeout and everything was still super hot and fresh when I got home. They also have bubble tea with some different milk tea flavor options, I got mango and it was delicious. And the staff was so friendly and kind!

I will definitely be returning to try some other things because they have some great appetizer options too! The place reminds me of the (now closed) Bubble Maineia in Portland, which was always my favorite. Glad to have found a place like this in...

I haven’t been here a couple of years and they have remodeled their seating areas. There are a couple of tables and chairs making it a little quaint shop. Now the pho. Absolutely delicious. The noodle was cooked al dente and just right. The broth was full flavor and authentic. They also give you some Thai basil, a wedge of lime, sprout and sawtooth herb (I think , I have never consume this in pho). I got me a bowl of Pho Dac Biet full of goodness. On the table was Sriracha and hoisin sauce if you need it. One of the best pho places in Portland . Definitely give them a try.
