I am loyal customer that wanted to make you aware of a very bad and unexpected lunch hour in one of your locations at 21 E Broad St, Westfield, NJ 07090. I have a attached my receipt. I they were two employees you were the two most unprofessional workers I have ever meet. The cashier was complete rude from the time he took my order. In fact the male and female employee started yelling "retard" for so unknown reason. The food I ordered was for the first time Cold and inedible, due to the fact that the two employee were ignoring around paying no attention to my order. Unfortunately, if this is how your company allows their locations to be run I will never be a customer there...
Read moreTime after time, they get it wrong. I can’t do cheese, yet 3/5 times burgers ordered without cheese came with cheese. Turn around and go back. Tonight, our last night ever: waited 10 minutes after promised time. No big deal there; it happens. But when “done” and order number called, shake no ready. OK. Mention need shake. Called up front “59 needs shake.” And it is ready quite quickly. BUT it isn’t a shake. It is milk. MILK. When I say something to the guy behind the counter, his response was... literally ... “Yeah, I know. The consistency.” Yeah I know. It is not a shake. Just left it for them. Read moreI love to just go to a five guys location and get a big bag of fries and keep it moving. Well I went to a different location today being this one and I was disappointed I must say. Greeted warmly by nice young folk I guess they were feeling energized because they undercooked my fries. They were limp and oily and soggy. They were up in less than 5 mins and I'm sure the texture was due to the lack of letting them dry or shake them and they were pulled out of the fryer way too soon. And there wasnt much of an excuse for it because there weren't but 3 customers in the building. It's not a deal breaker but it was disappointing. It will at least make me think twice before stopping at this...
